"The president is visiting, make sure all of you look properly dressed!" the soldier announced, voice louder than a bomb exploding. Everyone suddenly moved faster than normal, some even tripped.
Nicole woke up because of the unpleasant noise outside, her head ached, might because of all that thinking she did. She noticed a person sleeping on the floor, his face against her. She almost shrieked and tried to move away but then he slowly opened his eyes, the sight almost gave her a nosebleed. She held her hand up her mouth to avoid making any noise. He smiled when he opened his eyes and stood up. "are you okay? Are feeling better now?" he asked too many questions but Nicole didn't understand any, who just focused on his structured abs and fit body. Lewis realized he was shirtless so he turned around and stood up. "get ready. President is coming" he mumbled then left the house.
The noise and chaos outside were unbearable, so he decided to go his quiet place. Not many people know it but he's the only one who goes there. There was a huge rock with sunshine shining down. Basically, the only place where nature was invited. There was a few grass around the huge rock.
He climbed up the rock and lay down, staring at the white stuff above him and mumbled "sky".
Elijah roamed around and remembered where Lewis always went which was the big rock. Fortunately, he was there but he was talking to himself. "if I say I have feelings for her then she might hate me, what should I do" Elijah tried really hard not to laugh but ended up failing.
Lewis heard him so climbed down, looking like a tomato. "don't worry, you secret is safe with me" Elijah said between his laughs. Lewis looked relieved, Elijah was the only one he can trust. "I don't know about Damon though" his laugh echoed around the cave. Nicole came out with a long piece of fabric around her. "what did you say?" she asked, blushing really hard. Damon peeked too and made a weird face. "let's go Eli, leave them alone for a bit" Damon signaled the boy with his hands. Elijah came to Damon, running like a little girl. Damon pushed Nicole to Lewis.
Once they left it became awkward. Nobody wanted to talk between the two of them so Nicole said
"I heard everything." While smiling. Lewis turned around, avoiding her gaze then punched the rock. Nicole panicked and ran to him. "don't!"
She held his hand and ran her fingers through his knuckles. He smiled, then chuckled really loud. She just copied whatever it did because it felt good. "you heard what I said but why aren't you surprised?" he suddenly stopped laughing, he looked like a lost puppy with his ears folded down. "we can give it a try.." she mumbled. "try what?" he was lost in her eyes.
she just smiled then suddenly kissed his cheek. Lewis' body became limp and his knees started to shake. the sight of him melting made her laugh. lewis slowly glided down the rock with his hands above his head. Nicole was going crazy, her laugh echoed around the cave.
while laughing she saw something bright but she couldn't see it because it was too bright. "Woah what is that?" He guided her to the top of the rock then talked, a lot. She looked up and was amazed. "what's that?" "I heard that's sky.. and the white stuff are clouds." He seemed happy. "sky" she repeated the word. Lewis smiled for the first time, the rare sincere smile nobody had ever made him do. "I'm going to name m child sky" she reminded herself. Lewis just laughed.

"I thought you fixed the problem?" a female voice roared across the room. "give me more time" Christian pleaded. "fine. until today" then the female left. Leaving Christian in despair.
