You fall and break a bone while fooling around with him

You were sitting on your couch with Nash, your boyfriend of over two years, and you were watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S. You couldn't have been more bored though, you were only watching it because Nash likes it.
You smirked and decided to change the channel on him. You quickly grab the remote and change it to BBC, where Sherlock was on.
"Hey!" Nash turns to face you. "Babe, what was that for?"
"Friends is boring," I giggled. "So I changed it to Sherlock!"
"Ooo, (Y/N), you're gunna get it!" Nash growls, and jumps on you, beginning to tickle you.
You went into hysterics, because you were very ticklish. "Nash, baby, stop!" You squealed, trying to catch your breath.
"Then change it back to Friends!" He demanded playfully, continuing to tickle you.
"Never!" You shouted at the top of your lungs.
Nash then tickles your left side, which made you roll to the right, meaning you rolled off the bed, landing on your arm. "Ow, frick." You muttered, holding your arm.
"Oh my gosh, (Y/N), I'm so sorry!" Nash gasped, getting down on the ground beside you. He looked at your arm and winced. "Babe, don't look, but your bone is sticking out of your arm, I'm calling an ambulance."

You walked out of the hospital with a cast on your arm. "I'm so sorry (Y/N), I shouldn't have pushed you over, it's my fault I'm so, so sorry-"
"Babe!" You laughed. "It's okay! You meant no harm!" You leaned up to kiss him.
He smiled into the kiss. "Can I be the first to sign your cast?" He grinned.
