I myself have no P.h.D in psychology. I wish I could have some stronger sense of credibility, but it would be useless to lie over what is clearly shown. By that I mean exactly as I stated; it will be obvious that I'm no counselor with psychological experience. All I have are my own experiences and my series of Eckhart Tolle spiritual guides to motivate my writing format.
The intention of writing this from the perspective of a teenager wasn't written just to throw a pity party. That's the last thing I could ask for. What irony. Rather, I intend to get you- no, the real you- out of its shell, but walk around comfortably.
Now- I'm not claiming that you need to totally change yourself. My guess is that being told how what you like is the last thing you want. Every mind, body, and soul has its own needs and desires. There have been many similar therapeutic cases, but never the same patient. It's incredible how our needs react with our appearance, and our appearances react with our needs.
Everything in the mental world is a cycle, yet finding the source brings more stress than stress itself. Searching may not be what you need.
My past research has changed my metaphorical thinking into thinking through connections. To be devoid of cycles is like removing the gears from a clock tower. But how does any of these things, these oxymorons, these metaphors, connect to your true being and the false ego? I wish I could say more than this, but reading ahead will find your answers.
