"Your not black you don't listen to rap music"
I get told this frequently. Because I'm black and listen to bands like Twenty One Pilots, Panic! At the Disco etc. but it annoys me. Why does my skin color automatically make you assume I listen to rap music. Why is it that black people immediately get the label "OH WE LISTEN TO RAP MUSIC AND RAP MUSIC ONLY"
I don't get it.
