*Dave wakes up stuck on a chair, hands are succoured with duct tape,same with legs*

Dave: Where am I?!

Johnny: Somewhere no one will find you... :)

*Dave tries to get his hands out of duct tape but doesn't work and eyes water again* Let me be happy with Annie!!

*Meanwhile*

Nurse: P-Please calm down-

Annie: Dave!!! I need to go find Dave!!

Nurse: Doctor, we need to find that Dave guy so Annie our patient can calm down.

*Doctor nods and tells Doctor Mason and Nurse Linda to find Dave*

*Other Doctor calls police to find Dave*

*Back to Dave*

Johnny: Face it Davey, no one will find you-

*Police kick door open*

Police: PUT YOUR HANDS UP!! *Police holds gun*

Dave: Thank you!

Police: You're under arrest, Dave Matthews!

Dave: What?! But I have evidence that Johnny killed Annie!

Police: I'm listing..

Dave: Look in my bag, that knife has fingerprints of Johnny Dong!

*Police grabs knife with gloves pulling it out of Dave's bag and police looks at knife with magnifying glass*

Johnny: You little-

Police: Yup those are Johnny Dong's fingerprints.

Police: Johnny Dong, you're arrested for murdering Annie Parkers! And for breaking into her house and for also kidnapping Dave Matthews.

*Doctor Mason and Nurse Linda arrive*

Doctor Mason: Dave! Corn to the hospital immediately! Annie can't calm down.

Police: Annie is alive, I thought you said she was-

Johnny: What?! But how?! I burried her!

Nurse Linda: Doctor Mason and I found her and brought her to the hospital and she won't calm down.

Police: I better get going *brings Johnny to jail with handcuffs*

*After Doctor Mason and Nurse Linda take the ductape of Dave's hands and legs, they go to the hospital*
