Here you click on the plus sign next to the bar of stamina. ( where the arrow is pointing to, duh.) Your screen should then look like this:

Here you press the next button, will will be brought to this:

Again, press the next button and you will get this:

Make sure your reading everything and not skipping through. AGAIN, press the next button and you should get this:
