Marinette's POV
Ugh! I can't believe me sometimes!!!
Marinette mentally slapped herself for letting her slip up and crush that cake.
She was sketching some designs when she heard a tap on her window. She turned around and found a really depressing Chat. She opened her window then asked-
"Adrien... what's wrong..."
She noticed a few tears slip from his eyes. He looked frozen like he couldn't speak at all. She grabbed him by his collar and pulled him inside her room. She hugged him.
"I'll be right back ok. Let me go get some cookies." She said and noticed a smile spread on his face. She went downstairs, got the cookies and some hot chocolate, then walked back upstairs.
"I'm back." She said and gave him some cookies and one cup of hot coco.
"So are you gonna tell me what happened or will I have to squeeze it outta ya?" She said.
Adrien's POV
He didn't know where else to go. Marinette. That's where he is going.
Flash back
"Adrien." Natalie called. "Your father needs to see you."
"Yes tell him I'll be right there." Adrien replied.
"Right now Adrien." His father said.
"Yes sir." Adrien said. What did I do this time. Photoshoots. Check. Modeling. Check. Fencing. Check. Swimming. Check. So what did I do?
"As I heard, you have a girlfriend?" His father asked.
"Yes father." Adrien replied.
"And it's this Marinette Dupain-Cheng girl?" His father asked once again.
"Yes sir." Adrien replied knowing what's coming.
*Gabriel gets up and slaps Adrien hard across the face*
"What did I tell you about relationships?" Gabriel said.
"But father I love her and she loves me. Not because I'm a model or because I'm rich." Adrien replied.
*Gabriel grabbed Adrien by his collar and threw him out of the house* "Untill you learn that she is just a bakers daughter you are no longer allowed to be here" Gabriel said walked away and slammed the doors.
End of flash back
Adrien found a place to transform and went from roof top to rooftop to Marinette's. Once he got there he felt bad for bothering and was about to leave until it started to poor. He tapped on the window. She walked over to it and opened it.
"Adrien... what's wrong..." She asked. Before he could reply tears came down and he knew if tried to speak he'd sob so he kept silent. She pulled him in by the collar and hugged him. He released his transformation. And she led him to her bed, laid him down, then said "I'll be right back ok. Let me go get cookies." And he smiled at her kindness. And with that she left. Adrien sat there with only his thoughts. Ugh. I don't deserve her kindness. I should just leave. I'm probably bothering her. He heard the trap door open. "I'm back" she said and walking in. She gave him the cookies and the Coco. "So are you gonna tell me what happened or am I gonna have to squeeze it outta ya?" She said teasing him. He collected himself and told her everything. After she hugged him and he said "Thank you for always being here for me. Even when I'm being a huge douche." She giggled
"Pfft. When are you ever being a huge douche to me. Don't say such things. They make me sad. I'll always love you. No matter what."
He had tears in his eyes by her words. A loud clap of thunder happened and he jumped. Luckfully he finished his Coco awhile ago. He jumped and whimpered. He was absolutely terrified of thunder storms.
Marinette's POV
He jumped and whimpered. Because of thunder. "Aww. Your so cute!!" She said then kissed his head. He whimpered more. "Don't worry I won't let it get to you." She smiled. He looked at her and nuzzled her neck.
"I love you purrinces."
