Olivia's pov
I walked through the doors of school, or should I say hell? I went over to Blake who was in our meeting spot.
"Hey," I said with a smile.
"What's up?" He asked.
"Nothing much, how bout you?"
"Nothin'"
We waited a bit and finally Aspen made her way over near us. She was walking with her friends, yuck. I acted really flirty and he did too as Aspen walked by. Before she left and still had a gaze on us he pulled me close to him not to a kiss but almost touching our lips, close enough so she'd think we kissed. Aspen had walked away already so we didn't have to continue our little skit.
Later that day, I was in my study hall when all my papers flew off my desk. I looked up to see an ugly Aspen attacking.
I just looked at her. My jaw to the ground.
"Can I help you?" I ask.
"Yes. By staying away from my Blake. I'm going to get him back and so help me, if you get in the way of that I'll make you pay." She said and walked away.
Well first of all, the plan worked, we're supposed to make Aspen jealous. Second of all, if Blake wants to keep going with this plan, too bad, we need to think of something else. Aspen could find a way to hurt me.

"She threw your stuff on the ground?!" Savannah shouted.
"Mmhm" I said. "I don't know what Blake wants to do but Aspen could hurt me if she needed to."
"Oh I could knock her out by giving her a high five." Sophia said as Savannah and I laughed.
"Is this seat taken?" An unknown voice said. I tried place the voice but couldn't.
I looked up. Blake.
"Yeah," I say. "Wait I-I mean n-no. Yes you can sit here. No the seat's not taken."
How many times can I embarrass myself today?
"So, Olivia." He says, then whispers, "How'd things go with Aspen?"
"Well, she said for me to stay away from you, she wants you back." I say.
"Oh," he says looking upset.
"I thought that's what you wanted. Why do you seem so upset?" I ask.
"Well, I guess, yeah in the beginning that's what I wanted. But, I'm not sure anymore. She seems to be a real bi_ch." He says. "But we need to be together for a little while longer because I have to prove I'm not a player and I can have a long term relationship. Even if it goes to extreme measures we can't admit that this is fake."
Woah that's a lot to take in.
"Um, okay." I stutter.

After a long day at school I walk into my room. It was recently repainted and redecorated so it as soon as I walk in, the smell of paint fills my nostrils. I flop down onto my bed and take a deep breath. Not much later, I go to the bathroom to wash my face and take my contacts out. I put my glasses on then, like any basic girl, I put my hair into a messy bun, changed into sweats, with a nike cropped tee.
I got all my homework out and started it. I was doing my math homework when I got a phone call. It said unknown number, so, I was little sketched out to answer it.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Hi!" The deep voice on the other line said. Obviously a man. "It's Blake. Is this Olivia?"
"Oh, hi Blake! Yeah, it's Olivia" I giggled.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"Homework." I said unenthusiastically. "How 'bout you?"
"Nothing, just out walking."
"Nice."
We talked for another few minutes then ended the call.
I finished all my homework and was now on my phone, talking to Savannah.
"Wait a sec." I say to her. "I hear someone knocking on the door."
"Answer it, genius." She says sarcastically.
"No!" I practically scream. Then I start again, more camly, "It sounds like my sister is going toward it. Wait! Nope my mom is stopping her. My mom's got it. It's all good."
"Liv! Liv! Liv!" Riley shouts, barging into my room. "Your boyfriend's here!"
"What do you mean, Riley?" I ask standing up.
I walk toward my door then see my mom standing next to a tall boy in front of my room's doorway.
"Hey, mom." I say, glancing up at the boy, smiling, then looking at my socks.
"Care to tell me who this is?" She asks.
"Well, mom. This is Blake. Blake goes to my school."
"Nice to meet you Mrs. Kithas." Blake says holding out his hand.
She shakes his hand delicately then turns to me.
"We'll talk about this later. Keep the door open, be nice to Riley. She can come in whenever she wants." She whispers in my ear.
I nod.
"So, Blake. What brings you to me casa?"
"Well, I wanted to bring you a surprise." He says.
I look at him with concern and he grabs something from his inside coat pocket. He hands me the surprise and says, "A lovely flower for a lovely lady."
I can feel my cheeks getting crazy hot.
I stand up on my tip toes and give him a hug.
"Thank you, Blake. That's so sweet." I say.
"Olivia?" He asks.
I look up.
He get's down on one knee and grabs my hand. From behind his back he grabs the rest of the bouquet of flowers and says, "Olivia Marie Kithas. Can I take you on a date? Perhaps this weekend?"
Of course without hesitation I say yes! I then look over to the door and see my sisters Riley and Madison watching the whole thing. I completely ignore them and give Blake a hug.

It's been a bit of time since Blake left and it's now time for dinner. My dad, well, step dad is a pilot so he's off flying to Europe while I'm stuck with 2/3 of my sisters and 3 brothers. My mom has been remarried twice plus she had me and my sister, Megan, with a guy that she didn't end up marrying. Megan is away on a school trip to Florida. I'm the oldest of the 7 of us then Megan then Carter, Mason, Madison, William then Riley.
We were all eating and having calm conversations when I look across the table and Riley and Mads are smirking. Not even a minute later they both blurt out, "Liv has a date this weekend!"
I stop. Then, look down. I do my cross and pray to God that this all goes smoothly.
"Excuse me?" My mom asks.
"I have a date this Saturday?" I question.
Everyone was staring at me.
"I swear I was going to tell you but I just didn't have a chance! I had a lot of homework and-"
"Liv!" I stare at my mom. "It's okay. Where are you going? And what time?"
"We're going ice skating downtown at 6" I say.
"You can go as long as you're home before 10."
Thank God.
