*Rosalie's POV*

2 Months Later

I sat on the floor in my room, folding clothes and stuffing them into boxes. I sighed and layed down on the ground. I looked and felt crap. I was wearing sweatpants and a large t-shirt. I had not even brushed my hair today, instead I put it into a messy bun. Tomorrow morning, we were moving to Italy.

I felt stressed and overwhelmed as I rubbed my hands over my face. I turned my head and looked out the window. The stars were shining bright and the moon was high in the sky. I pulled myself off the floor and took a seat at my desk. I took a pen out and a fresh sheet of paper out. I bit my lip, already feeling the urge to cry.

Dear Matthew,

Well tomorrow is the day. I probably won't see you for a while. I am moving to Italy. I am really going to miss you. I hope you will be okay without me here, I feel bad for leaving you. I will see you someday I at least hope will. There is still no sign of my mom. My dad is really looking forward to moving. We are moving into my grandmother's house until we find a house of our own, which is empty since all of her children have grown up and moved away.

I am so nervous. I am moving to Italy, which is halfway across the world. I am leaving everything behind, including you, which is the hardest. I just wanted you to know that I love you so much Matthew. I miss you. Tell your new friends and your grandpa hello.

Love, Rosalie

P.S. Sorry, the ink is smudged because I cried while writing this. Rosalie? Crying? I know, I know.

I folded the piece of paper and sealed in carefully into an envelope. I took the letter and set in the box, will all the other letters I had put in the tree house. I had taken all of them and put them in the box, so the people moving into our house would not find them. I picked up the small box and grabbed flip flops.

I opened my window, tightly holding onto the box. I closed the window quietly and crawled over to the tree. I climbed down it and ran across the lawn.

I sealed the last box and stacked it by the front door. I rubbed my chin and looked around the house. This was going to be hard to leave the house Rosalie grew up in. Bridget and I's first house. A tear rolled down my cheek and I quickly wiped it away. I started to go climb up the stairs to go check on Rosalie. Her door was closed. I knocked lightly and there was no answer.

I knocked a little louder and there was still no answer. I opened the door and Rosalie was no where to be found. I turned around and went to go look in my room for her. All of a sudden, the window in her room opened and a crash quickly followed. I spun around and found Rosalie on the floor.

*Rosalie's POV*

I opened the window to my room and tried to be quiet, but I ended up falling. Then I realized my dad was standing in the room. My dad look frightened.

"Rosalie, where were you?" He said, still looking panicked.

"I, um, went to go sa-say goodbye to Matthew. I had to drop something off really quick." I whispered and looked at the floor." My father took a step towards me and engulfed me in a hug and I started to cry.

"It is going to be okay, Matthew you will be fine, I promise." My dad whispered into my ear. "Now go to bed. Tomorrow is the big day." He said and kissed my forehead.
