Meditate on your strengths and also weaknesses so you can strengthen yourself where you have been weakened and focus on your strengths to enhance them for futher conflict in your life.

And remember don't focus or meditate to much on the bad but a little so you can use that past mistake(s) or bad habit(s) to teach you a lesson to better you to let go of your past and move past that.
