The amulet

Chapter 1. The sisters

My name is Trinity, I'm the moon's god, and I will tell the story of my daughters, Karin and Kimma. We will start from the beginning. When I got married, with the God of war the spirits from heaven gave me a very special gift, the amulet, thanks to this majestic present my power increased.

I created a fertile and happy village thanks to the amulet that had the power of giving prosperity to my home, like riches and health. By the time my daughters were born my husband had disappeared, and nobody knew what happened to him.

Many years later, one day my counselor suggested that I needed to visit my village because the people were perishing from disease and they craved for a cure, but the problems didn't stop there. I got seriously ill, and my amulet couldn't cure me. I had to return to see my daughters one last time; I said to them with my last breath "I can't help our people anymore, I won't survive, not even my powers can help me". And before dying I had to protect the amulet, therefore I told my daughters Karin and Kimma about it, but a problem came up, they started to fight about who got to keep it. The hate and desire increased in both of my daughters. So I decided to hide the amulet where nobody could find it because in the wrong hands it was a dangerous thing for all kind of living being.

After my death Karin and Kimma continued fighting and they got to a certain point where they couldn't stand to be in the same place, so they decided to separate. Leaving the people with their sickness and death.

Karin went to a desert, and Kimma went to a jungle and thanks to their parent's powers, they created their own kingdoms.

Karin had long, blond and straight hair, her eyes were gray like the moon, and her skin was pale as the snow, she liked playing and reading the old tales of the gods, she was patient as her father but if somebody wanted to provoke her she quarreled and started a war. Her kingdom, Arin, was fertile although it was placed in the desert. The fauna and flora were special. She used her powers to help her people, and her kingdom, so she avoided to end like me. Karin thought that the most important thing was the security of her kingdom.

Kimma looked more like her father, she had green eyes, light brown, and short hair, she hated being noticed, she was wild and fearless, her kingdom, Kajtu, didn't have enough food. The people could survive thankfully because of the great hunting skills that they had. They lived in a jungle, but they suffered from disease, hunger and dehydration. They only had one rule. Nobody could see the eyes of the goddess queen; they believed her look could kill.

The years passed and the sisters realized that they needed to see each other, then they agreed to meet every 80 years to resolve the problems of their kingdoms, but in consequence of their differences, they always disagreed, and instead of helping each other, they ended up harming themselves. It was so bad every time that they established to never meet again. However this damaged the villages. When my counselor found out about this situation he knew precisely what to do. He thought that the two sisters needed to talk, even if they didn't want it, because they needed to forget about the amulet.

He planned to hoax one girl to visit her sister, explaining that one kingdom is invading their mother's village. Their first home.

First, he went to Karin's Kingdom, considering that she was a friendly and kind god, he assumed that she would agree to visit her sister if there was a critical matter.

After finishing his journey. He went straight ahead to start his plan with Karin.

"Karin, your sister sent a message, she said she wanted to see you, to make the peace and forget the past"

"Really? I don't believe it, she is too stubborn to say it"

"But is important, it's the best thing to do for the prosperity of both kingdoms, you should go see her"

"Listen well, and tell her that "I'll never go to Kajtu", if she wants to see me, she should come"

Karin didn't visit her sister.And after two weeks the counselor tried with Kimma, but he knew she wouldn't believe the lie.

"God Kimma, it's been so long since i last saw you"

"Your sister found the Trinity's amulet, she is planning to destroy it,so your hate against each other can meet it's end"

"What? She can't do it, this amulet has an infinite power"

"I am aware of this power, so I decided to come here.I choosed to avoid the destruction of the amulet"

"In that case I shall consider to travel to meet my sister"

The counselor succeeded with Kimma.

One sister traveled to see the other; but the counselor didn't know Karin's plan.Both of the sisters proceeded to meet each other in their respective kingdoms.
