* they all sit on the floor, Laura & Maia in the middle of the boys *

Maia:I've heard this movie is so scary

Laura: ha yeah me too * giving Ross a comforting smile *

Garrett: ready, everyone comfortable?

all:yep

Ross:oh wait, Laura do you have uh some bottled water?

Laura: um yeah in the kitchen, I'll get it for you

Ross: ok thanks, *Laura gets up goes to the kitchen * I'll be back I need extra napkins *he goes into the kitchen *

Laura: oh Ross you scared me a bit,

Ross:sorry I was just getting extra napkins

Laura: are you ok?

Ross:yeah I'm alright

Laura: I know how you hate scary movies, just making sure you're gonna be fine

Ross:ha yeah I'll be fine, it's just a movie

Laura: ok if you get scared just grab a pillow and hug it haha *grabs his hand patting it* oh here's your water

Ross:thanks *They get situated again *

Laura: now we're ready

Garrett: ok let's do this

Maia: mm Laura this is so good

Laura: thanks, but hey we both made it so I guess we've mastered the kitchen

Ross:y'all did good,it's delicious

Garrett: yep I love it

Maia: ok shh movie is starting

*a bit into movie*

Maia: ahh Ross hold me *hugs Ross & closes her eyes for a while*this is so scary, why did I choose this!

Ross:psh it's not that scary *he was actually scared but wanted to sound brave *

Laura: *her eyes closed for most of it, Garrett was hugging her cause he was freaking out*

Maia: I kinda need to use the restroom but I don't want to go by myself Someone come with me & wait at the door

Garrett: I'll go I need to use it too *When they come back Ross & Laura ended up sitting next to each other *

Laura: oh my goodness *she gets startled & grabs the hand next to hers*

Ross: *feels a tight squeeze & sees Laura is holding his hand *

Laura: *realizing she is griping someone's hand hard looks down seeing Garrett's hands on his lap,then she starts feeling a soft stroke turning towards Ross she sees their fingers intertwined, she can feel Ross starting at her & she slowly  raises her gaze looking into his eyes * Sorry *she mouths *

Ross: it's ok *still staring deeply  into each others eyes , they slowly start moving their hands out of each others *

Laura: *feeling her self blush & this sensation going through her something that she never feels when holding Garrett's hand, feels a bit bad so she just rests her head on Garrett's shoulder *

Ross:*smiling & just staring at Laura thinking of how perfect she is & how he wished he could hold her tight, when he sees her rest her head on Garrett he turns to see Maia falling asleep * Maia? do you want to leave now?

Maia: huhh, um yeah I'm sleepy

Ross: ok, well guys I guess we'll leave Maia is falling asleep thanks for everything it was a great night

Garrett: no problem man,glad y'all joined us it was fun

Maia: thanks again Laura, I'll wash these and give them back to you some other day

Laura: don't worry about it,see y'all bye
