Chapter 6

It's now Monday morning and it's just like any other school day. Chris and Ray both do what they have to do in the morning to get ready for school. They both send a text to each other saying "Goodmorning baby" and "I love you" the morning is going along until Ray gets a text from Brandon. Rayven and Brandon met a few months before her and Chris did. Her and Brandon don't have a relationship but they share each others presence at times. Brandon is 16 turning 17, Rayven is 13.

Brandon:

Goodmoring beautiful

Ray:

Goodmorning

Brandon:

Wyd?

Ray:

Texting my Bf, getting ready for school

Brandon:

Bf? What happened to us?

Ray:

There wasn't a us, like you said i am too young for you. we just mess around but that will have to stop

Brandon:

Come on Ray don't do that to me. I love you he doesn't

Ray:

How you going to tell me if he loves me or not?

Brandon:

I know boys and what they want from a girl like you.

Ray:

I have to finish getting ready for school bye

Brandon:

Bye baby have a good day at school

They day went along and Ray and Chris were exchanging text messages throughout the school day. School comes to an end and Ray has cheer practice and Chris has football practice.

After practice ends they both get home to take showers and eat dinner.  Ray is laying in her bed listening to music and texting Chris when she gets a message from Brandon.

Brandon:
Wyd baby?
Ray:
Texting my bf listening to music
Brandon:
You ain't cut him yet? He doesn't want you or need you but ok Ray.
Ray:
He does love me we just started dating I have to let him prove himself. From what he is showing me now he's serious.
Brandon:
We'll I'm down the street at my uncle's can I see you?
Ray:
Ig no funny business tho
Brandon:
What funny business? You know me baby 😏 see you in a lil bit

Rays pov
It's eight thirty at night and this boy wants me to come see him. I mean, I do miss him but me and Chris are official, he does love me and wants to be with me. I'll go see Brandon but like I told him no funny business I can't do that to Chris.

Ray: momma can I go to the store real quick before it closes?
Mom: yea baby and here *digs in purse to get wallet* bring me a sprite and peach tea *taps my dad* you want anything?
Dad: bring me a RC and Grippos
Ray: ok i be back

Now I really got to go to the store damn. Let me get my shoes on and tell Brandon I'm on the way.

[Text convo]

Ray: Im putting my shoes on
Brandon: ok I'll get ready
Ray: I told my parents I was going to the store and they asked me to get them some things so I actually have to go.
Brandon: ok baby don't worry It'll be quick
Ray: ok I'm already halfway there come outside and I'm not your baby Brandon remember I tried.
Brandon: coming and you'll see

This boy is aggravating lordt. I tried to be his baby and he told me him self "your too young for me rn" and I had to understand that. There is an age gap. We met at the end of my 7th grade year, his junior year. I'm now in the 8th grade and he's going to be graduating. Me and Chris and both in the 8th grade. I just think he's jealous and wants me to his self. Well here he comes.

Brandon walks out from the side of the building in his gray jacket he always wears. " Hey baby I missed you!" Brandon said while we hug. "How many times do I, you know what you know by now" I said. Brandon grabs her hand and starts walking towards their spot. "Brandon I thought I said no funny business" I had the most serious face so he knew I was serious. "We just gonna sit back here then go to the store we not going to be long." He said looking back at me but still walking. We got there and we started talking. He started asking me about my relationship with Chris and if I really wanted to be with him and loved him. I told him of course we just started talking. Next thing you know his lips were on my neck in the midst of me talking.
See Brandon is the reason you can say I'm a, what you call it, a freak. No he didn't take my virginity, but he's the first dick I've sucked. The one who took it, is a whole another story for later. Brandon knows how to make me weak and that's exactly what he was doing and I gave in. "Let's make this our last time since you really love him" he said while bending me over on the nearby stairs. I can't say it didn't feel good but I also can't say Chris wasn't on my mind the whole time. After we got finished he gave me his undershirt to clean myself up and we walked to the store.
"Ray what's up why you looking like that" Brandon said as he's walking me home. "I just cheated on Chris. We haven't even been together for 3 months and I hurt him" I said lowly. "The only people that know are me and you. I won't tell if you won't. Plus I said this was our last time. I don't want it to be but it is." He looked like he was hurt but I was more hurt than him. "I'll text you ok?" I said walking up to my porch. He said ok turned and walked back I went in the house gave my parents their stuff and I went took another shower and went to bed. I texted Chris good night and Brandon too. I have too much on my mind.
