It was almost a week and today is when the doctor removes her bandage. He unwraps it. "You will feel discomfort and your eyes will adjust to the new vision."

"Okay."

...

(Kasai)

My eyes burn from the lights. Soon he checks my eyes with a light. "Follow this pen."

I followed it. "Hey, I could see you."

"That's very good. What else can you see?"

I saw colors. "Colors." I looked at the boys. "Is that you, Sasuke?" Older Sasuke smiles while younger Sasuke smirk while he places his both hands in his pocket. The first question, "what is this color, on the bed sheets."

"That is, blue."

I looked at every color and asked each one. I am smiling and learning about colors. I looked outside. "What is that animal." I looked a small creature that looks brown and it sings. "It's a bird."

I couldn't contain my happiness. I open the window and looked outside as the bird flies. "Wow. So pretty." I was in love with the beauty of the world. I remember always wanting to see a waterfall. I turn to Sasuke, "can I see a waterfall. Please."

The doctor was laughing. "You are curious about the whole world with your new eyes."

"Yes, I am. I want to learn. I want to see everything that nature has. I always wanted to see a waterfall and a rainbow. I can't wait." I never image myself smiling so bright. I can't remember a day when I was this happy. I stop to look outside. "When do I get out? Also, what color are my eyes?"

"How do you feel? Your new color is red."

"I feel fine." I heal myself. "Yeah, I am okay to go out. I'll bed rest when... I'll just stay here. Maybe my excitement got the best out of me." I remember that I have to go back to Orochimaru soon.

"Okay, you can go tomorrow in the morning. See you soon." He walks away.

I lay back against the wall looking the outside world. "Do we have to go back?"

"No, you are free."

I looked at older Sasuke. "Are you sure?" My eyes water up for time in two years.

"Yes," he took a seat.

"I can't be left alone. I don't know anything about..."

"It's fine, we will take care of you and teach you all you want to learn."

I smile, "thank you so much, it means the whole world to me. I always wanted to learn how to see in this world. My wish is granted. I finally would get to see a butterfly."

"I'll take you to places where there's millions of them, but first recover. Sasuke and I have training to do."

"Can you train me too with sharingan?"

"Sure. Get some rest first," they both left. I looked outside once more see everything for my first time. Birds were flying and little insect that I would never image to see. "I wonder what type of names and what they are? Mom, dad, I am able to see. I wonder if they allow me to go back home and see you guys. It's been a long while."

...

I was finally let go and putting on my clean clothes and walked out. I still need my cane to help me. The doctor said, I didn't need it, but he doesn't understand once you grow up with one, you can't really throw a cane away. I went through the door without opening it. I saw them waiting for me. I went up to them. "I still need my cane. I can't live without it."
