As soon as my grandma opened the door, my heart just dropped. Looking at my baby Justina laying in her arms, without one worry in the world. Its like I instantly went in tunnel vision, butterflies and joyful music played in mind. To see my baby sucking on them little fingers gave me joy I havent felt since giving birth to her. Pretty black curly hair with dimples like her momma ...and the forehead of her uncle last/daddy .... DAMN!
"COME ON GRANDMA LET HER IN!" Jamal said again walking up.
Justice snapped out her daze, seeing Granny Mae give Jamal the baby, throwing her hands back walking off frustarted from Justice presence. Granny Mae truly did loved her granddaughter but she was no lover of a hard headed child, who chose the streets instead of her family, especially leaving her own child. A grudge that couldn't be broken.
"Hey sis...look at ya twin!" Jamal said while smiling, happy to see his sister despite it all.
Justice just stood in the doorway overwhelm, looking at how her baby don grew in just a couple of months. She was at lost for words...
"Here ya go sis its ok...come in and hold her!"
Justice reached her hands out and held her baby, immediately tears started to fall.
"Its ok ...welcome home...welcome home!"
***meanwhile**
"Please Randy let me out....please I know youre not like them."
12 years of torture and them faking her death, and framing her husband, Melinda still held on to hope. Randy was forced to bring her food every since he was a little boy. Thats all he knew, i mean the whole time he was taught that God punish those who cheats, until now he felt differently. What hurt him the worst, is knowing Jamal miss his mom.
"ShhhShhhShhh .."
But before he could get his words out, Shelia opened the door holding that same bible.
"Enough Randy lets go!"
Randy looked teary eyed getting up and whsipering to her... ... "The key in your food"
Shelia starred at her, as Melinda starred back with sorrow in her eyes. Shelia aggressively slammed the door.
