Chapter 4

I was kind of blown away. It took me a while to realize what happened, I have to admit, I kissed back. I put my hand on his cheek and pulled away. We sat in silence for a bit. A comfortable silence just looking at each other. We both smiled.

"Why did you just kiss me?" I ask, a little confused.

"Analeigh, you need to not listen to the haters. Like, seriously. They should support us, even if we're not together. I mean they give you hate for something that isn't actual." Luke said, I tilted my head to the side. 

"What do you mean, 'not actual?'" I asked.

"Us, 'Hashtag Lukeleigh'. Everyone ships us. Even the boys." Luke said rolling his eyes.

"Still doesn't answer why you kissed me." I said, Luke rolled his eyes once again and groaned.

"You kissed back didn't you?" Luke stated.

"Yeah.... But." I said feeling defeated, Luke laughed. I got up and walked over to the kitchen I grabbed two cokes and walked back over to Luke. I sat back down next to him while giving him one. 

"Okay, so the real reason why I kissed you is because, one, it was to shut you up. And two, I can't hold in my feelings anymore." Luke said. 

"What feelings...?" I asked curiously.

"Can we just talk after today? And you do know that you're my date today?" Luke said smiling proudly.

"Yeah sure, and Okay, so its a date now?" I asked with an eyebrow raised. Luke nodded proudly as the doorbell rings. 

"I'll get it." I say getting up, I walk over to the door and unlock it, twisting the knob and putting my hand on the door. Opening it to see a girl about my height but a bit taller, with brown hair, like mine and brown eyes. Next to her I see Ashton. I smiled at them and greeted them in.

"Who is it, Analeigh?" Luke calls.

"Ash and his girlfriend." I beem. Looking at them and smiling as they smile back. Luke quickly runs upstairs. Okaay then. "Date." Ashton and his date say. I tilt my head to the side.

"Huh?" I asked. "We're dating!" His date laughs.

"Oh.." I laugh.

"Soooo, Analeigh, this is Jenna." Ashton says, pointing to the girl standing next to him. She smiles a huge pretty smile and she walks forward,

"Hi! I'm Jenna!" She says, I smile.

"Hi! I'm Analeigh. Thats Luke up there, doing god knows what." I smile, she steps forward and opens her arms, I also do the same and we hug.

"So are you's two boyfriend and girlfriend, or, dating or friends?" Jenna asks as Ash goes to find Luke.

"Well, today we're dating." I said. "But usually we're friends." I add. She laughed.

"Okay. well, you seem like a cute couple! Thats why I thought you were." She smiled.

"No, when you see Ash and you together is when you can say that!" I say. She smiles brightly.

"You really like him- Don't you?" I ask. She nodded and looked down, I'm guessing blushing.

"Awe! Come on. Lets go!" I said linking arms with her. Skipping off down the hallway to the front door. Luke and Ashton soon came down. Ashton took Jenna's hand and Luke grabbed mine. I looked up at him and he smiled that goofy smile and we walked out heading to the fair.
