Its been almost a week since my family was taken. Me and hope have been coming up with all kinds of ideas on how to get them back but all of them have something that could go wrong. I knew that I had to do whatever Zelzar told me to do in order to get my family back, and all of the fish from the sea.
"so you want to just give up?" said hope with a upset look on her face.
" there is nothing else that we can do, there is too many things that could go wrong"
" okay. Then let's go get Zelzar and ask what we need to do." I think hope was upset that I had given up, she wasn't really speaking to me.
"Hope, are you mad at me?"
" No, I just wanna get there"
I could see the cave where Zelzar lives and every inch we got closer I got more nervous, I was sure he could since my fear from here.
"You have up already?" said Zelzar with a sarcastic frown.
"What do I need to do?" I said with confidence, that probably wasn't a good idea. Now he's gonna make me do something crazy.
" Mmmm, well first thing is first. you need to give something up."
"like what?" I asked with fear in my voice.
"something you love dearly, like your best friend... or even hope"
"Take that grin off your face! Hope is not going anywhere!" I commanded.
" then give up one of your family members!" I had no idea what I was going to do, Hope pulled me to the side.
" remember, think of something happy!"
"I can't give up a family member, but I don't have any other choices..." Hope looked at me like she wanted me...
"what?"
"get rid of me, your family is more important!" said hope with a tear running down her face. I had a plan, I could pretend to get rid of hope and she could just go as far away as possible. But what if Zelzar wanted proof she was dead, or he finds her alive some place else, he would do something way worse to me and the ocean. I told Hope about the plan, she looked at me like an insane person!
"it's a good idea!" I said
" Stormie your crazy, what if he finds me, I would be his dinner!"
"what other choice do we have Hope?"
I told Zelzar I would get rid of hope. Hope gave me a little bottle that had a purple liquid in it, she told me to drink it then she said she would see me again soon. I didn't know what the meant, but it put a smile on my face.
"Hope? HOPE!!" said Zelzar screaming into my ear.
"what what?"
"you were zoned out!" I saw Hope! I felt like I blacked out and then Hope just popped up... that's what the drink was for, now I can talk to hope in my mind and no one has to know.
" You have another task." I was terrified to know what else I had to do considering he already asked me to kill hope!
"What now?" I asked in a rude tone. Zelzar just looked at me an smiled, I knew it was going to be something bad.
" You have to join my team."
"what's that supposed to mean?"
"well, do you see all of those fish over there? they work for me." All of those fish where in old ripped up cloths and they didn't have shoes to protect their fins and they where full of dirt, they looked miserable.
"Are you crazy?" I yelled.
"Maybe just a little" he said while laughing at the same time. At this moment I needed Hope, she told me in a situation like this to do what she would do but I just met her, I had no idea what to do. I blacked out again. I saw Hope again and she told me what to do. I had to kill Zelzar.
