Thanksgiving has a pretty interesting story it all started in the 1700s were the pilgrims were heading to America they came from England they rode on the mayflower which was the name of the ship but the journey was not peaceful storms were very common and the ship shook a lot when they got to America the started to grow crops and farm they also started new agriculture they stayed in very small houses then a few years later they met the native Americans they taught the pilgrims how to grow certain plants for example pumpkins and squash and how could I forget they did eat turkey have a happy Thanksgiving gobble gobble
