I'm a recovering self-harmer..... sometimes I get the urge to cut again..... but I don't.....life already gives me enough problems.....so why add evem more issues to my life and make it even worse.....instead I draw butterflies on my wrists and put the names of the people that I love and care about...it has been helping so far...I really recommend it <3
