YN PoV
Today is my 12th birthday and my family is celebrating it by having me do more chores for them like right now my dipshit of a father Jacques is making me clean the floor.
Jacques: clean faster!!!
He then pulls out a baton and smacks me with it hitting my back making me cough out blood.
YN: why do you do this to me?
Jacques: because you need to pay your debt for making me allow you to continue living here!!!
He then hits me again and this time I pass out.
Timeskip
I wake up in my room which is actually a closet with just a mattress and I dimly lit lightbulb in it so I stand up and look at the mirror to see my face all beaten up and bloody.
YN: I'm tired of this bullshit I'm leaving.
Just then my door opens to show that it was my bitch of a sister Weiss on the doorway.
Weiss: I need you to clean my room.
YN: piss off.
Weiss: excuse me?!
I then walk passed her and then I reach the door but before opening it I hear my dad yell.
Jacques: if you leave you will never be allowed to come back!!!
YN: good.
I then open the door and walk out and I enter the woods and start walking away from that hellhole and finally I am free.
???: you lost kid?
I look around me to see no one there so I just shrug it off until a figure jumps down in front of me.
AN: the figure is this badass:

YN: who are you?
Jason: I'm Jason Todd but the government and my army call me the red hood.
YN: what do you want from me?
Jason: I've seen what you have been through and I'm here to take you under my wing... you don't deserve what you have been through... brother.
YN: I don't have a brother like you my only brother is Whitley.
Jason: *sighs* your father is Jacques but you never met your mother and your mother is mine so we are half brothers.
YN: oh ok well just don't be like my old family members.
Jason: I won't little bro, I won't.
And then a helicopter lands in front of us and he takes me to my new life.
End of prologue
AN: and that is it the prologue of my first chapter of this story and if you are wondering why I wanted to make this well it's because I am replaying Batman the Arkham knight. And also Jason is your brother... well half brother to be precise and he will be a villain here just like in the game and he is not going to show a good side.
