I love you, I love you, his heart would sing melodiously. It was an abstruse exquisite ballad laced with an unfathomable love and fervent passion. It was a love as deep as the ocean, everlastingly echoing within his heart.
However, it's likewise hideous. His love was also monstrous and horrendous. It wasn't pure. But, that could be pardoned due to the fact that love didn't obey human rules. It has principles of its own.
Humans, greedy creatures they are, differ. They don't want to think there was something much more powerful than them; something out of their control.
Love was immense, mighty, so powerful. It exceeds boundaries. It doesn't ask you; do you want to love ? rather, it coarsely drowns you in its poison and keep you inhumed if you hadn't eluded its claws.
Escape.. a nearly impossible feat. Most people wouldn't realize the emotion, wouldn't recognize it, and thus would leave it alone to expand until it's tremendous. Too massive to escape from its clutches.
Parents whisper excitedly to their children, 'You will grow up one day and fall in love with someone.' not knowing how malignant the purported pure emotion could be. Love can be innocent, but within a blink of an eye. . .
. . . It will grin derisively, wickedly, at you and lunge. Suffocating you.
Min Yoongi was one of those inauspicious individuals to be tainted by love.
He wasn't even granted the opportunity to assay escaping it.
The awareness that he was far too deep in; that he was at the edge, dangerously close to plummeting into the abyss, had dawned on him abruptly and cruelly.
It left him gasping for a breath and ashen, hands sullied with blood.
It made him resent himself.
It made him try to loathe her.
And then his gaze drifted towards her. Her smile so lively and joyful as she strolled, hand raising to tuck a silky strand behind her ear. Her eyes mirthful, sparkling with happiness.
He numbly knew that he couldn't hate her. No matter what.
Yoongi voluntarily, eagerly, flung himself into the abyss, closing the incredibly small gap he had to losing his sanity.
He gave in to the love's smothering embrace.
She was heedless of him, her shadow, lurking behind her. Enveloping her with his overprotective dark presence, watching her every move, tracking her actions.
