Today Lydia had a school day.

She didn't like school. She didn't like the routines and how everything was so scheduled.

And the most she hated the people. So many people with empty lives. Lydia couldn't see the reason of their living.

Everybody's just whining and talking nonsense about things they don't even have their own opinion on.

But there was someone special.

A boy in Lydia's class.

Lydia liked to look him into his ocean blue eyes, because they were full of energy. She could lose the track of time while searching new positive feelings in those eyes.

Hope.

Faith.

Joy.

Humor.

Kindness.

He liked to speak a lot. He's so confident but decent that he's easy to like.

The boy was popular and social, but for Lydia...he's out of reach.

And Lydia hated it.

Why does everybody else get to be with him but not me?

Lydia has written down on her notebook everything she knew about the boy.

Every single detail.

Lydia sat on a white chair in the school's dining hall. She had a whole table all to herself because nobody really cared to sit in the same table as Lydia. It wasn't like she was bullied; she was just left alone. Nobody knows how to handle the girl.

They'd rather avoid the strange girl than to find out what's up with her.

Lydia didn't care. She was used to it, so it didn't bother her anymore.

Lydia liked to be alone and have some fun time with her thoughts.

She was eating a dry bread with nothing on it when something she likes to call a "miracle" happened.

He came to the other corner of the table where Lydia was. He had four friends with him. The friends looked a little unsure. One of them whispered to Him words that Lydia unintentionally  heard;

"We really are gonna sit there??"

A guy with blonde hair continued;

"Yeah she's kinda creepy."

Lydia felt strange. Was she supposed to hear them? However, she didn't like the guys. They gave a wrong picture about her to Him.

Then He opened His mouth and spoke words with a smile.

"C'mon guys! You don't even know her. Ofcourse we can sit here if it's okay to Lydia...?"

It took some time for Lydia to understand it was a question to her.

PLEASE DO SO, MY DEAR, her mind screamed.

"Please do", she said silently.

"Y'know I think she's kind off cute", He looked at Lydia, then at his friends and they all sat down.

She's cute.

I'm cute?

He thinks I'm cute.

Her heart started beating super fast. It was like Lydia's heart wanted to get out from her throat. It was hard to breathe and swallow with Him so near.

The boys started talking about random stuff and laughed but Lydia was just sitting there feeling many different feelings.
She felt uncomfortable but enjoyed it.

"Ian, have you already done the physics assignment we had to do?", the blonde asked Him.

Yup, that's his name. Ian. Lydia liked the name. It means "the gift of God". That's a perfect definition for him.

"Yeah, I've done it", Ian answered.

"Can you like...let me copy it?"

"Yeah whatever."

What?! No, my love you can't do that. Can't you see they're using you?

Lydia didn't notice how her own face turned into pure angriness.

It's not fair.

"Lydia," Ian looked at her with a little worry. "Are you ok?"

He asks me if I'm okay. He's worried about me. He cares.

Lydia's anger towards Ian's friends turned into love towards Ian. Her heart hurt. So much.

She placed her hand on her chest and tried to breathe.

Ian kept looking at her now with a real worry in his eyes.

"I'm just fine," Lydia smiled at Ian with madness on her face and laughed.

The guys on the table looked really weirded out. They all thought she's creepy.
