So,

picking a right kit might just be the hardest part of ranked skywars other than the notorious hackers and the annoying toxic badlion players who occasionally say "L" and "ez" from time to time. But these people will just be blown away by your epic PVP talent after finished with this guide because they are bad and you are good.

I'll show you the tiers of ranked skywars kits and then explain how these kits are good, and especially in what situations you should use them.

T I E R  1 :  P E R F E C T

Armorer, Scout, Champion

Armorer: Armorer V gives you a diamond chestplate and boots, each piece with protection 1 on it. When you rush mid with armorer, you can get some great stuff. I'm currently an Iron Division player, and this is only my first season of ranked skywars. I have also achieved this goal in only 6 days or so. Why? Because I'm a legend. (Ok so for you knobs that don't get the humor in this book, i'm being sarcastic for the most part. But the tips are real so just keep reading). The "Armorer Perk" gives you a level of protection per kill, so protection 2 is possible for the last 1v1. If you want a good division, I highly recommend armorer. 

F.A.Q on Armorer:

Q: "BUT HEARTBREAKING! U dont get sped 2 u knobhead"

A: If you armorer-rush, you are likely to get speed pots from the middle or from your own island. And, if you are actually a good player or you out-gear scouts, you can kill them and earn their speed pots.

Q: "Is there evidence that this works?"

A: Of course there is. Palikka is a 70k sub youtuber who has gotten masters division twice with the armorer kit and even says that it works very well in his ranked skywars tips video. Now, I'm not 100% sure if this will work for you because everyone has their own strategy.

Maps BEST for: Meteor, Dynasty, Pitfall, Agni temple

Strategy: Get blocks and a sword (not yet diamonds, you have enough gear already) and quickly rush the middle. You may be able to find speed potions in chests, so scout is able to be countered like this. Then, rush back to your island, mine your diamonds, and bam, you're like full diamond.

Scout: Scout gives you a sharpness 2 efficiency 2 diamond axe along with a diamond pickaxe (I forgot the enchants but I believe efficiency) The reason this kit it very much OP is because it gives you 3 speed 2 potions, each lasting a good amount of time (around 20s) The perk also gives you a huge advantage by giving you an ender pearl every time you get a kill, and you get double the diamonds from a single ore on your island (I think that's from the scout pickaxe?) Scout is good in low-rated games, but if you're really good with it, you can use it whenever.

F.A.Q on Scout:

Q: "Is it worth the no armor?"

A: That's debatable. Speed is very strong in ranked, but it is true that only full iron won't get you too far unless you rush mid and mine all of your diamonds. I do believe that it is worth it, but other players might think the opposite. Once again, try what's best for you.

Q: "Is this the best kit?"

A: I believe that scout and armorer are perfect, and champion is great but not AS good as these two kits. However, I did put it in Tier 1 because I do think it's a great kit and can get you many kills with the high sharpness level you can get with it.
