Chapter 1

"YOU STUPID BITCH!" my mother yelled at me I dropped a glass on accident.

"I'm sorry"I said crying.

"NO YOUR NOT!"she yelled she push me into the glass I scream and cry more.

"Please stop"I said.

"WHY SHOULD I YOUR JUST LIKE YOUR FAG OF A BROTHER USELESS AND WEAK!"she yelled that's the only time I had strength when she said something about Joey it would make me mad. I miss him and my dad so much we did everything together then dad couldn't handle being around mom anymore so he left.

"Don't bring Joey into this"I said confidently.

"DON'T SAY HIS NAME IN MY HOUSE!"she yelled and pushed you into the floor on top of the glass I yelp and try to stand up.

"WHEN I PUSH YOU DOWN YOU STAY DOWN!"she yells. Her boyfriend walks in and burn his cigar out on my arm I yelp again. They go upstairs to probably do the nasties(you know what I mean don't make me say it........fine they went upstairs to have sex you happy now)I got up and ran to my room and grabbed my Phone and called Joey I now it's late were he's at but I can't do this anymore.

Joey answered the phone with a tired voice
C- I'm sorry did I wake you
I asked him crying
J- Chris what wrong

J- hold on Daniel, Chris please tell me what happened
C- she pushed me into glass I can't stand it any more Joey there cuts all over me, her boyfriend burn his cigar buts into my arms, she always has to say a smart remark about you. I can't take it anymore please help me
J- I can't let you stay with her anymore I'm coming tomorrow we can go to court for the things she's done and she'll be arrested
C- Joey please help me
J- I'll do as much as I can
C- Thank you Joey, now who's with you
J- anything for my princess
I smile at my nickname he gave me
J- oh, and this is my boyfriend Daniel
D- hello
I heard
C- hey I'm Christina, but you can call me Chris
D- okay, might I ask who you are
C- yeah, I'm Christina Graceffa I'm Joey's sister
D- wait Joey you have a sister
J- yep she's my princess
He sounded far off
C- Joey why do you sound far away
J- I'm packing for my trip tomorrow
D- I'm coming too
J- no Daniel stay here with the dogs. I'll only be gone a few days for court and to get Chris
D- Joey I'm coming there is nothing you can do to stop me
I hear Joey sigh
J- then I guess you should start packing
I laugh
J- what are you laughing at princess
C- you, Joey let me guess Daniel gave you puppy dog eyes and you caved
D- how did you know
C- Joey's my brother and I may have used it on him a couple of times
J- it's good to hear you laugh princess I'll come tomorrow okay
C- bye love you
J- bye love you too
D- bye Chris
C-bye Daniel
I hang up

My mother comes busting through the door.

"WHO WERE YOU TALKING TO!"she ask/yells at me.

"No one" I say she grabs my hair and slams me on the floor.

"DON'T LIE TO ME, WHO WERE YOU TALKING TO!"she yelled.

"Fine I was talking to Joey" I said. She picks me up of the ground with my hair and pushes me down again I land on somethings and they were sharp.

"YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO THAT LITTLE FAG IN MY HOUSE!"she yelled.

"He's not a fag stop calling him that"I say in a low voice she kicks me in the gut I spit up blood she leaves I keep spitting up blood and then I black out.

I wake up to hear yelling from downstairs I get up and walk out of my room and go downstairs I see mom and her boyfriend yelling at two people.

"YOU ARE NOT TAKING HER"my mother yelled.

"Not like your taking care of her" the first guy yelled I walk around the corner and see Joey and who I assume was Daniel.

"Joey!"I run to him and hug him.

"Hey, princess" he said hugging me back. I look at the other guy.

"And your Daniel?" I ask he smiles.

"Yep and you must be Chris"he said I gave him a hug.

"That's me"I said.

"Princess how about you and Daniel go upstairs and pack your stuff and pack a nice dress for court"Joey said I nod and walk upstairs as Daniel follows.

"Your not taking her she's my daughter and were not going to court" my mother said. I turn around to her.

"I'm not your daughter, because your not my mother because a mother would not do what you've done so don't even try and claim me as your daughter cause you could careless about me you don't want me to leave cause I was your personal punching bag and my carpet in my room can prove it from all the blood I coughed up yesterday"I finish my speech, Daniel looked at me wide eyes when I said I coughed up blood I turn around to go back up stairs.

"How dare you I've taken care of you for years and your so inconsiderate" she yelled.

"Inconsiderate no I thank you for the roof I live under but anything else I had to get myself I had to savage for my own food and I'm not inconsiderate because I was never given anything from you so there's nothing I can be considerate for"I say Daniel grabs my shoulder and we walk to my room.

"Wow, you chocked up that much blood" he asked I nod as I grab my suitcase and pack clothes.

"I'm sorry about this I really thought I could handle the beatings for another four years but I guess not I'm sorry to be such a nuisance and I know you probably don't want another person in your house..." I get cut off as Daniel hugs me.

"Sweetheart your not a nuisance and we would like to have you live with us it's only me and Joey it gets quite boring sometime and no one should have to go through what you've gone through" Daniel says I hug him back.

"Thank you so much"I said as I pack my bag and Daniel helped when I was done we went downstairs to were Joey was Daniel carried my bags.

"All ready"I said.

"Christina do you really want to leave me and go live with these fags" my mother said

"Yes, just because he's attracted to men doesn't mean you can call him rude names he can't help how he feels and there's nothing wrong with it and yes I'm going with Joey because he loves me and will care for me like you never did and I love Joey too and even tho I just met Daniel I already love Daniel too. Okay let's go"I said and walked out the door with Daniel.

"See you in court"Joey said and walked out to the car Daniel put my suitcase in the back they got in the car with Daniel driving Joey in passenger and me in the back.
