The Doctor won't leave the girl alone, ever. He wants her back in his life so he can pick and prod at her again, just as he did months ago.
Why can't the doctor understand that the girl wants him to stay away and stop pestering her?

Unfortunately for the Doctor, he will never get the girl back in his life.
He took two of her friends and changed them, he changed his appearance to get to the girl.
The girl keeps asking,"why can't he leave?! Why does he come back?!Why does he keep trying to get me back in his life?!"
The girl can't take his torture anymore, she's so haunting by everything he did to her, she can't even function properly.
