Life of demons...

Emma wakes up to a sudden thump, she sets up right in fear not knowing what that sound came or what made it.
She woke the next morning thinking about the sound all morning at breakfast with her friend she was living with, since she ran away from her abusive father that would hit and threaten her. She asked Stala if  any animals like to lurk  around in the woods her friend said,"No why?" She responded with,"Well last night I woke up to a thump last night" her friend laughed and said,"It was probably just a bird at the window" Emma took that answer to not freak her out that much.
  That night her friend decided to stay next to her in the floor with a sleeping bag just in case something bad happened  Emma was tossing and turning, Stala got worried but shook Emma a little to wake her up. Emma woke up setting up as fast as she could gasping for air and telling Stala about the nightmare but Emma knew that it was the last day to live with Stala  and decided to go. That morning she left exiting threw the woods she heard heavy foot steps behind it didn't sound like little footsteps because Stala was light as feather it sounded like,.... a mans foot steps I started to run right to hope throw him off when seemed safe I pulled my phone out trying to call 911 and say there was a man following me but my phone wasn't working right I had full bars but it kept lagging. I heard a voice it sounded like a teenage boy about 18 or 19 years old. But it had to be the guy following me so I dashed to the left but tripped on my shoelace "Dang it  I forgot to tie shoe "he was right behind me he said," Sorry if I scared I just wanted to know why your out in the woods alone?" she responded shaking in fear and pain seemed like she scraped her knee when she fell saying," I was going somewhere from a friends house"  he said," Well at least come to my house with me so I can fix your scratches" she nodded he laughed and said,"don't be nervous come on" he held out his hand and she held it all the way to this cabin it was sketchy on the outside but in the inside it was a nice place, her eyes grew in surprisement. He turned over his shoulder and smirked,and said," you like this place?" She replied saying,"y-yes it's nice" he smirked and introduced himself saying," I'm Alex " she introduced herself replying," I-I'm Emma" they continued he led her to the kitchen and she sat in the chair he went to a cabinet and pulled out proxcide and bandages 12 minutes passed of fixing her scraps and conversations he said,"okay" she replied saying,"Thank you I'll be off now" but he stoped her saying," wait could you possibly stay a little for a movie" she tried replying in a no but didn't want to hurt his feelings and replied in a yes he was surprised and asked what she wanted to eat she said," do you have popcorn?" He said," yea".
After the popcorn was done Emma couldn't stop looking at Alex she thought in her head ( how can he look like that he looks really cute) him knowing what she was thinking he put his arm around her waste she was surprised she asked him," what are you doing!?" he laughed and looked at her and sayed in a deep ton," but you thought I was cute so you like like me right? just from my looks?" She was surprised by what he just said it kept on replaying in her head she said in a worried voice," H-how did you know what I said in my mind?" She was still shocked by it. He looked over at her saying," well I like like you too and one thing to know about I died in a fire at the age of 12 along with my dad and my mom and my cat jasper" she grew worried but she was only worried on one thing he said and it was that he said I died. He looked over at her and she looked over at him she asked worried for her life," your not kidding around or anything?" He replied," nope not kidding I was just formed into a demon" she screamed and tried to run but he grabbed her and he said," if you go running off saying there's a demon you'll go into a crazy house got it" she tried to push him away but she grows weak and her head starts to spin and then it was just dark and pitch dark.
    She woke up to a guy seating in a chair in front of the bed she totally forgot about what happened and she thought it was her father that was going to hit her again she screamed no, but it wasn't her fathers voice saying " your awake" but then it put a memory back into her head it was Alex she tried to get up but her body was still weak. She told Alex not to hurt her Alex laughed and told her that he would never hurt her he just wanted her to stay there with him till she finds a home she said "fine" then they went downstairs to eat it was already morning and it was in the afternoon about 2:00 yesterday when she left her friends house she asked some questions like how long am I staying here or do you like like me because of looks? He only answered the second one and said," I liked you because of your looks and personality your one of those curious people and in the dream you were having it was quite scary"he smirked when he said and gave Emma shivers down her spine she asked where the bathroom was he told her the derections she went washed her face kept telling herself this is all just a bad dream.
    She went back downstairs and asked Alex " why he wanted her to stay all of a sudden with him" he answered but it was just so straight forward this was his answer" because I love from first sight and that is how some demons powers work but I'm the only romantic demon all the other ones are phantoms where you can't hardly see them" and told her it's safer to stay in the house with him because so many of them lurk in the woods, that gave Emma shiver threw her body. When they were done at breakfast Emma asked where she can change her clothes he told her that she can change in his room while he washed dishes and did chores her bag was under neath his bed she didn't know this guy but it didn't seem sketchy she felt safe in the comfort of his home. Emma was changing into a pair of  sweat pants and a tank top when she went downstairs she saw Alex napping on the coach she thought to herself ( he looks kinda cute sleeping) she thought demons don't get colds but he was shivering so she grabbed a blanket to cover him up she sat on the floor dialing her friends number but she wasn't able to her phone was still lagging the same way it was in the woods she heard a thump at the window it sounded like twig feel off a tree and hit the window so she just shook it off but it happened again except it was louder. She went to the window where the sound was coming from when she looked out the window she just saw a black figure in the woods waving she almost screamed but instead she went over to Alex who was sleeping on the coach. She was shaking and thinking it was probably one of the bad demons Alex talked about so she shook Alex to wake him when he woke up he asked what's wrong words were hard to come out because of how much she was shaking from the fear of seeing that, but she calmed a little and told Alex there was a figure out side the window. When he heard that he grabbed Emma's hand and told her to follow him.
