I was woken up for my first day of ninth grade in my new school. I reached to turn my alarm clock off. I rose out of bed to get ready. I looker out of my window to see it was open, even though it was closed the night before. I smirked lightly. "Cute." I said in a soft whisper. I walked over to my mirror to put my makeup on. Afterwards I slipped off my shirt that I had slept in. I then heard a soft snickering then it was muffled. I smirked then scoffed. "That's a bit of a high jump for a midget." I then heard muffled screaming. I shook my head and laughed. I got dressed. I put on a pair of black skinny jeans, a white shirt that had the phrase, 'Dead in your mind, Cold to the bone," and I slipped on my dark blue converse. I brushed my straight black hair and grabbed my backpack. I took one long last look in the mirror and sighed. Even with all the guys caring about me I will always see one ugly-ass piece of shit. I walked out of my room and onto the porch. I sat in the chair waiting until it was time to go. I walked across the yard but I tripped on one of the two-by fours. I was falling to the ground. When I was halfway there a pair of strong arms caught me. I looked behind me and there he was, smirking wider than usual. I blushed from embarrassment. "Hmm. Sleep well?" He asked his smirk widening. I socked him in the shoulder playfully. "Thanks, Jeff" I said smiling. "Sure by the way you look beautiful this morning." I smiled. Even though he was clearly lying through his teeth I wasn't going to be rude and not except him compliment. "Thanks." I said as he smiled and kissed my cheek. "Do you mind if I walk with you?" I smiled. "Sure." Suddenly I heard a very familiar and annoying voice. "Wait let me go wi-" I cut him off. "Yeah, No. Bye!!" "Bitch" He yelled at me. He ran at me, but I rose in the air. "Ben when will you learn?" "Hmm. Damn demon?" I smirked and dropped down to the ground beside Jeff. Suddenly my mom shouted at me out the door. "Get going you can flirt with your boyfriend while your walking. I laughed, and Jeff and I started to walk down the road hand in hand.
