Chapter 5

ONE MAGCON

CHAPTER 5

HAYES POV

Katelyn's sister Amanda is beautiful. Amanda is an amazing girl. She has a beautiful personality, she has amazing eyes and smile. She's just... wow. The only thing I'm not sure if I like her as a friend, a sister, or more. do I really like a girl that I just met today? I mean they say that there is love at first sight, but crush at first sight? I don't know. I need someone to talk to.

"CAM!' I shouted.

"What?" he asked annoyed, like he was asleep. Yeah right, like Cameron sleeps.

"I um, need help."

"With what?"

"Amanda."

"NASH!" He shouted. "HAYES IS HAVING GIRL TROUBLES!"

"WHAT?!" Nash yelled. We heard a bang and then Nash stepped out of the bathroom in just a towel. Before anyone could say anything Faith opened the door.

"Are you guys okay?" she trailed off during the end, because Nash had only a towel rapped around his wast.

"Like what you see?" Nash asked her, smirking.

"Maybe." she looked down and blushed. "Anyway, I came to see if you guys were okay?"

"Ya. Hayes is just having girl problems." Nash started.

"Amanda." Cameron finished.

"OMG!" Faith squealed. She shut the door and sat down. "HAYES PLEASE TELL ME!"

I sighed. "Well I don't know if I like Amanda as a friend, a sister or something more. I think I like her, but I'm not sure. I mean she is amazing and beautiful, but can I really like a girl I just met today?"

"Matt did. Long story short, they both told each other that they liked each other. Anyway, I have to go tell Amanda!"

"You can't!" I shouted.

"Why?" she wined, she was standing up when I yelled,

"Nash! Stop her!"

Because she was sitting in front of him, he was able to grab her. "Because he said so!" He shouted, playfully. He started tickling her, causing her to fall on the bed. Nash hovered over her. He kept tickling.

"Nash! Stop, your towel might fall off." she said, between laugh's. Nash stopped and looked at her.

"Isn't that what you want?" Nash asked.

"Nash!" She shouted.

"I know you want it, to fall." He winked and sat up.

"Anyway, what should we do about Hayes dilemma?" Cameron asked.

"I think Matt and Katelyn rushed into things, honestly. I mean they haven't even known each other for one whole day." I stated.

"See Hayes, this is what you don't understand." Faith said. "I don't want to rush you into this whole 'dating' thing, but I could see if Amanda likes you?"

"Really? You would do that for me?" I asked, in disbelief.

"Ya, you're like the little brother that I never had!" And with that she walked out. Maybe I could have a shot. And with that happy thought, I fell asleep.

AMANDAS POV

I woke up to Faith jumping on my bed.

"AMANDA STEWART WAKE UP!' She yelled. I sat up.

"What in the hell do you want?" Hey, I was tried. I mean its like 5 in the morning! "Its like 5 in the morning! What is so important?"

"Hayes." She simply stated.

"What?! Where?!" I didn't wanting him seeing me like this. I guess I kinda liked him. I wonder if he likes me the same way. Me and Hayes are both 14 (A/N: I know that's not his real age.), but hey, if he likes me we might date. We ware old enough, right? Faith laughed.

"He's not here, he wanted to know if you liked him and I guess you do."

"Yes I like him, if he asks just say maybe. Please. I don't want to be sad. Does he like me?" Without a answer, Faith jumped off my bed and ran into the hall. "Ugh." I got out of bed and chased her.

"Faith! Does he like me?" I asked her, well she knocked on a door. She didn't answer.

The door opened and their stood Hayes. Shirtless. I blushed when he seen me standing there. I looked down and remembered that I didn't have any foundation to cover up my scares. No, I was not bullied and did self harm. Katelyn and I were abused by our parents. Now you might think 'why did they do that?' Honestly I have no idea. My mom just stood their and laughed well my dad whipped us or beat us. We were also starved. That why me and Katelyn where so skinny and fragile. Only the girls and their parents knew about our story, that why the girls and I live together. I looked back up and seen Hayes still staring. I blushed and smiled.

"Amanda?" He asked. "Are you okay?"

Damn it. he must have seen the scars.

Well you are wearing a tank top. A voice in my head said. Great. I put on a fake smile. "Ya, I'm fine."

"Um, Faith we will be right back." He gently put his arm around my back and pulled me away from the room.

"Amanda, whats wrong? I know that was a fake smile. I don't want to make you tell me anything, but I want you to know that I care." Another thing I like about him is how he could see right through my fake smile and how he was so understanding before I even said anything.

I sighed. "Hayes." I showed him my arms. They had scars and scars.

"Did you?" He had tears in his eyes. Does he really care for me?

"No!" I sighed again and explained my story. In the end we both had a few tears running down our faces. I wiped his with my fingers, well he wiped mine. I hugged him. He pulled away and grabbed my hand. Together we walked into his room.

"I have news for both of you." Faith said. "The answer is 'maybe'."

A smile found its way onto my face. 'Maybe'. I looked over to him and smiled. Maybe he likes me.

A/N

Okay, first I just want to say that bullying is not cool. If you are bullied I want you to know that you can make it through it and if you ever need to talk just DM me please. And if you bully, stop. Stop, it's not cool. People get hurt, they commit suicide. Do really want to be so popular for cool or whatever so much that you would make someone take their own life? No. Just stop. Yes I feel every strong about this subject. Nothing is worth someone taking their own life, no one wants that on their hand and no one should want anyone to die.
