Chapter 8

Chapter 8:

Rosey's POV

Today is Magcon! I mean yes, the whole point of Magcon was to meet them, and we already did that. But Magcon just seems fun. Like one big party. Plus it's another excuse to see Nash again.

I woke up, at 6:30 to Alone, by Justin Bieber which currently happens to be one of my favorite songs.

I wake Rachael up, text Maddy to meet us at 9:00 down in the lobby, then jump in the shower.

When I get out of the shower, I throw on a pair of Nashty sweatpants, and a blue T-shirt.

I'm about to start doing my makeup, when I hear a knock on the door.

I trudge over to the door, considering I'm still half asleep.

I look through the peep-hole and all I see is Nash, Cameron, and Matt. With flowers and some type of cards.

"Okay don't judge." I say as I fling open the door, reveling the three boys.

"Aww that's so cute! Your wearing Nashty merchandise!" Nash says as he hugs me, slightly lifting me off the ground by leaning back.

"Okay so not to be rude but what do you guys want? Me and Rachael are still getting ready for Magcon today." I say as I gesture to Rachael who is buried under the covers.

"Well we might have three backstage passes that we might want to give to you. But only if you agree to go on a date with Nash . . ." Cameron says, as he rocks back and forth on his heels.

"Well there was no need for a bribe, but the tickets are good too!" I say as I jump into Nash's arms.

"Wow! That was easy," Matt exclaims,

"so here are the passes, and Carter thought it would be cute to get flowers so here." Matt adds as he hands me the tickets and the flowers.

"Tell Carter I said thanks! and I will see you guys back stage!" I said as I closed the door.

"Oh and Nash, pick me up at 7 tomorrow night!" I add just as Matt Cameron and Nash get into the elevator.

I closed the door and went over to Rachael's bed.

"Get up!" I said as I pulled the fluffy white comforter off of her.

"No." Rachael said curling up into a ball to keep warm.

"Well, what if I told you that I have three backstage passes and one of them could be yours?" I said as I flaunted the passes.

"I would ask how the hell did you get them?" Rachael said as she popped up out of bed with an alarmed look on her face.

"Well Nash, Cameron, and Matt might have given them to me as an exchange for me to go on a date with Nash!" I exclaimed as I sat down to do my makeup.

"OMFG WE HAVE BACKSTAGE PASSES AND YOU ARE GOING TO A DATE WITH NASH!" Rachael yelled as she jumped up and down on the bed.

"Yeah so you need to get ready. you gotta look nice for Matt!" I said with a wink.

"You know what, if you didn't just get us backstage passes I would hurt you." Rachael said as she walked into the bathroom. "Have you told Maddy yet?"

"No. I want to surprise her." I said as I applied my mascara.

"Wait so do we still have to wait in that line?" Rachael asked as she popped her head out of the bathroom.

"Nope. With these passes, we hang out with them at 10:00!" I said as I got up from the vanity and walked over to my suitcase.

"Yay! Well I'm going to get into the shower so change while I'm in the shower." Rachael said as she turned on the shower.

"Kk." I said as I pulled my light pink crop-top and high-waisted floral shorts out of my bag.

Lobby

"Okay where is Maddy?" I asked myself as I checked the time on my phone.

"I don't know." Rachael said as she scrolled through her timeline.

"Hey! So I wasn't sure which shorts to wear. It was between these and jean ones. Are these ones okay?" Maddy said pointing to her black and white tribal high-waisted shorts that she paired with a pink crop-top and black vans.

"Yea they look perfect!" Rachael said as she examined Maddy's outfit.

"Okay so do you guys want to stop at the Starbucks before we get in line?" I said as we headed to the gold double doors in the front of the hotel lobby.

Lucky for us the Starbucks was only a couple blocks away from the hotel.

Once we got to the Starbucks I decided that I would tell Maddy I had a surprise for her.

"Okay Maddy. Rachael and I have a surprise for you." I said as we waited in line for the barista to take our order.

"Oooo I like surprise! And it better have something to do with Hayes!" Maddy said as she looked at the Starbucks menu.

"Well. For the surprise we must blindfold you! But we can do that once we get to the venue!" I said as I examined the items inside the glass display case.

"Okay. . . But this better be worth it!" Maddy said right before ordering her iced white mocha latte.

Rachael ordered a double chocolate-chip frap, and I got iced coffee with one shot of hazelnut syrup and one shot of white mocha.

With our Starbucks in hand we walked back to the hotel and over to the venue.
