DEDICATED:

I can not fathom the unbelievable support I have received with my journey through Submerged. I wrote and finished this story in 8th grade. The feeling of accomplishment I got from being able to do such a thing at such a young age was great, but the feeling I got from being able to finally share something I had kept so near and dear to me was even more overwhelming. As you might have noticed, I am no longer in 8th grade. After the story was written, I promised myself that coming back to it would be easy since it was already done. Some things are easier said than done. Fast forward to \ my 11th year of schooling, and it had become obvious to me how much I have missed writing as a whole, especially this story. I had developed such a connection with the characters previously that writing had been free of difficulty. Coming back was a bit tougher than I had originally anticipated. Nevertheless, I am extremely happy with the result. I am so excited to be able to share the finalized staple piece of my young adult life. It was an experience I would never replace with anything.

Thank you so very much to family, friends, leaders, teachers, and those who did not stay in my life long. Believe it or not, your contribution to my life, positively or negatively, has left its mark in this book. I would also like to thank fellow internet writers and bloggers for all the great critiques. I couldn't have gotten this far without all of you.
