Fighting Fire With Fire

A/n Hello everyone Agni here with another chapter. Sorry for the delay guys but I'm back and plan on updating a few stories. Anyway I do not own RWBY or Fairy Tail.

*3rd pov*

Agni and Kyle were now in the sparring arena on opposite sides staring at each other. They were waiting for Goodwitch to begin the match. She then signaled for the match to start. "Begin!" And with those words Agni charged Kyle throwing a punch. Kyle smirks as he turned his body into fire causing Agni to go through him. Agni landed and looked at him. "Are you made of fire?" Agni said shocked. Kyle just smirks and fixed his hat before crossing his fingers. "Crossfire!" He yelled sending a cross made of fire at him. Agni held up his arms to protect himself as Kyle's attack hits. There was explosion but Agni was still standing. "Not bad! This is going to be fun!" Agni said smiling. "It seems so!" Kyle said smirking. Agni smiled and then attacked Kyle again and the two started trading blows with each other but neither one of them was doing any serious damage to the other. They were both attacking using their fire covering the entire floor of the sparring arena in flames.

*With team RWBY, JNPR, and Happy*

Teams RWBY and JNPR were watching the fight. Happy was sitting in Yang's lap eating a fish. "This is amazing!" Ruby said slightly squealing. Yang and Blake nodded in agreement. "Though it would seem neither of them are doing any real damage to the other." Weiss said. "It's probably because they both use fire to fight with." Pyhrra said. "That would make sense." Jayne added. "So it would seem to be that whoever has more stamina will win!" Ren said and Pyhrra smiles. "And that person would be Kyle! He has a lot of stamina." She said causing Yang to smirk. "You would know Pyhrra!" She said causing the red haired girl to blush. "Shut it! Besides if you haven't noticed your boyfriend isn't looking so hot right now." Pyhrra retorted. Happy just smiles. "Don't jump to conclusions red! Agni us just warming up!" Happy said. "Are you sure about that Happy? He looks very tired to me." Blake said. "Just you wait." Happy said happily.

*Back to the fight*

Agni was out of breath slightly from using up a lot of his magical energy while Kyle was keeping calm with a smirk on his face. "Time to end this!" Kyle said holding out his hands and firing several small green balls out of his hands. "What the!?" Agni said confused as the orbs hovered around him. Kyle messed with his hat. "Fiery doll!" He said as the orbs exploded engulfing Agni in fire. Kyle then watched as the fire from the explosion went into Agni's mouth. "What the!? He can eat fire!" He said as he watched not only the fire from the explosion but the fire in the arena went into his mouth.

*Back with Team RWBY and JNPR and Happy*

Yang was shocked at this. "Agni!" She said tightening her grip on Happy close to choking him. Pyhrra smiles. "It seems Kyle wins!" They then saw Agni sucking up all the fire in the arena and all their jaws dropped. "How is he doing that?" Weiss said. "It's due to his magic. He eats fire then uses that fire to attack with. It's a very ancient and powerful spell known as Dragon Slayer Magic." Happy said smiling. "Dragon Slayer magic?" They all said and Happy nods. "Yep. It's a special type of magic used to slay dragons. Though it's a very old spell." Happy said. "Well then where did he learn it?" Jaune asked. "Igneel taught it to him!" Happy said. "Igneel. Isn't that the guy he's looking for?" Ren asked. "Yeah though he's not a guy he's actually a giant fire breathing dragon!" Happy said. "What!?" All of them said.

*Back to the fight*

After all the fire went into his mouth Agni wiped his mouth. "Mmm that was some tasty fire!" He said.  Kyle was speechless as well as everyone else in the room. Agni then took up a fighting stance. "Shall we finish this?" He said to him and Kyle nods. "Yes." He said taking up a fighting stance but before they could continue the bell rang ending class. Agni pouted. "Aww man I wanted to fight some more!" He said stomping around. Kyle laughed. "Maybe we can continue this later?" Kyle said. Agni nodded and left the classroom.

*Meanwhile in Vale*

In a warehouse in the industrial district of Vale a group known as the White Fang were plotting something. Their leader Adam Taurus was looking over a map of Vale as a shadowy figured rose out of the shadows. Taurus saw him and frowned. "What are you doing here? Your supposed to be watching Beacon!" He growled. The figure nods and walked forward. "I know but we have a problem!" The figure said causing Adam to raise an eyebrow. "What kind of problem?" He demanded. "Someone trained in how to use Dragon Slayer magic is at Beacon!" The figure said. Adam's eyes go wide under his mask and turned back to look at the map. "We'll have to move up our schedule! Head back to Beacon and confront this Dragon Slayer! See what he can do!" Adam ordered. The figure nods and faded back into the shadows. Adam stares at the map. "Soon Beacon and Vale will feel the might of the Faunus!" He said before laughing maniacally.
