Chapter 1

The first day of school, I was confused, scared, and nervous. What were my teachers like? Would they like me? Am I going to make friends? What if they don’t like me? I was so self-conscious about what others would think about me, especially guys. Would guys call me ugly? Would they call me fat? Would they make fun of me? But all of that changed when I met Harry. Yes, you might say, “Harry? So lame.” But he’s not. He has curly brown locks, beautiful dimples, and a British accent.

Chapter 2

Walking past the rowdy students, and packed hallways, I kept my binder held tightly in my arms like a baby. Group by group, students ran passed me, pushed, stuff down, and ran off. Once 5 minutes passed, the halls became clearer and I was just surrounded by my papers all over the floor, blue and white walls, air, and the smell of new stairs. Just as I looked up from the mess, I notice a pair of hands picking up my papers. I look up to see the person’s face, and what did I see? An amazing face with big dimples smiling at me. “Umm…hi, you don’t have to help me…I’m going to make you late for class.” I stuttered. He gently touched my hand. “No, love, I’d miss anything for you.” I began to blush and pick up my things quickly. Was he really talking to me? Or was there a girl behind me that he was staring at? I looked behind me to make sure it was me he was talking to, but he just laughed. “What are you looking at love, I’m talking to you.” He then slows me down and picks up my stuff. Not knowing how to react I grab my stuff and make a run for it to my class but I wasn’t fast enough, he already grabbed my arm. I looked at his hand holding mine. “Let me take you to class.” He demanded. “Is this your first year?” He began to make conversation with me as we headed to Mrs. Barrero’s class. “Yeah, this is my first year here as an 8th grader.” I answered back. “Well, you know, if you’re up to it, I could show you more than the school.” He smirked. Nervously, I walked faster and then felt an arm around my shoulders. As I looked at my shoulder, I looked up at him and he smiled.

Chapter 3

Reaching the door to Mrs. Barrero’s class, Harry gave me an unexpected hug and a sweet goodbye, leaving me to knock on the blue door. I knocked on the door quietly until a cute, witty looking boy opened the door for me. He gave me a wink and showed me to my new Math teacher. She told me what was to be done today, then introduced me to the whole class. “Class, say hi to Heaven.” She said with a bright smile. I looked down shyly as everyone greeted me, but I also notice some boys smiling at me and giving me weird looks. Is there something on my face? Is there something on me? Am I red? I looked away then quickly walked to my desk. I sat by the closest seat to where I was standing, which was beside the boy who opened the door for me. “The name is Louis. I will be your guide to craziness and carrots.” I giggled shyly then opened my binder for my pencil, calculator, and paper. As I closed my binder, the air threw my papers all over the floor. Embarrassed, I quickly dropped to the floor but as I picked up my first paper, a tall dark boy already had all my papers in his hand stacked neatly. He smiled and introduced himself as Roy’ Jarian but his friends call him Roy. He gave me my papers and I sat down quietly, moving my leg up and down, waiting for the bell to ring so I can get out of this class. I counted down until the clock reached 11:03 AM. I walked quickly out of the class and walked right around the hallway trying to get to my next class on time.

Chapter 4

Realizing that I had just gone in a circle, I of course, ended up being the last one in the hallway. I read my schedule, as well as read the signs on the door of the teacher’s; I tried to look for Mrs. King’s P.E class. Looking confused, I hear a voice behind me. “I see we meet again.” It was Harry leaning on the wall at the corner eyeing me down. Looking shocked, I questioned him. “What are you doing in the hallways, shouldn’t you be in class?” “I’m skipping bae.” He replied calmly, like skipping was no big deal. “Where do you need to go?” “Mrs. King.” I answered with a short sigh. “Oh wow, you’re on the wrong floor.” He stated with some enthusiasm. “We have every single class together!” He exclaimed. Not caring about that, she ignored him. “Where is Mrs. King’s class?” “Well, love, you’re in the wrong floor. It’s on the first floor. I’ll show you since I have with you too.” We walked down the three flights of stairs and walked past the office and he opened the door. I walked in and all I felt were eyes on me. I looked down like a coward again. “You’re late,” Mrs. King said rudely. “Go change and come back.” I ran into the locker room to find myself all alone again. I opened my locker that I brought previously and changed into my gym clothes. I walked out the locker room to find the girls inside and the boys outside. I followed the girls and sat down anywhere. A girl then approaches me with several of her friends. “Heey gurrl! I’m Sheila, this is Johanna, Keara, and Jayla. You seem cool and you should really talk.” I laughed at Sheila’s false comment, knowing that I was not a quiet person. We exercised, ran, laughed, and talked together, until lunch. I bought nachos and sat at my seat. A group of cute boys then came and sat by me, and I noticed Harry and Louis. “Is this the girl?” Some of them asked Louis. “Yeah, ain’t she cute?” Harry said. “CUTE?! SHE FINE AS HELL!!” Exclaimed a boy with a sexy, yet mysterious face, with brown hair. “Umm….excuse me?” I interrupted. They perked up and stared at me. “Oh, sorry love, I’m Zayn, this is Liam, and Niall.” They waved to me and shot a kiss to me as well. I pushed my tray to them and walked off with Sheila. We walked to the vending machine and bought a brownie. Once we got back to our table the bell rang and it was time for AVID. This time I waited for Harry to meet me at the Café entrance. As soon as I saw him, he caught up to me and showed me to class.

Chapter 5

“Here we are. This is AVID and Mr. Englehart is right across from here.” He explained. “Thanks.” I answered back. I greeted Mrs. Wood, feeling confident because I wasn’t late this time. I went in and got all my papers done and the bell rang. I went to Mr. Englehart’s Language Arts class and the day was over. To get home, I walked to the library then got picked up by mom. To my surprise, Harry and his friends from lunch were walking and he called me over. I sat next Harry, feeling more comfortable, because I knew him better. I then felt a hand go around my arm then slide to my hand. I looked down and saw our hands locked together. He then popped the question. “Will you go out with me?” The boys were astonished and so was I. I stuttered then  finally it just rolled out. “Yes.” We walked together to the library and finally had our moment behind the books. LOL…Nothing serious guys
