Kidnapped

Chapter Ten

Chapter Ten;

It's been two days since I was released from the hospital. I could walk and talk better than when I first arrived back at the bus. We were on our way to L.A. Today is when I'm getting one of my 'surprises'. They've given me no idea on what they are. But we're back in my home town, what ever it is, it's back home.

We pulled into a parking lot about a block from my old neighborhood. I thought maybe we were going to see my family, but honestly, I hoped that it wasn't true.

The boys helped me get down the steps safely. (I still haven't got used to steps yet. It's only a matter of time though.) We walked a little bit before I heard the obnoxious, but all to familiar, screams or Arianna. Daisy and Shelby. My best friends. At first I was stunned. I thought that I wouldn't be able to see them again. Was this my surprise, or was it all just a coincidence? 

"Surprise!" Arianna, my best friend out of the whole group, said hugging me. I hugged her back.

"Paul, management, and their parents all said it would be okay to let them go on tour with us! They can do that dance you mentioned when we first met you." Niall said, keeping a down low on the whole "Mistaken-identity-that-lead-the-other-boys-to-kidnap-you-in-the-dead-of-night-because-it-was-an-April-Fools-Joke" thing.

"That's awesome!" I said. I hugged the boys and then had a screaming fit with the other girls as we did our happy dance around a parking lot. I'm surprised that no one has recognised us since the boys had on, really stupid and tacky looking, fake mustaches and sunglasses and I had on a hat and sunglasses. I guess this is just how society has become. 

After about six minutes the boys were afraid that people were going to think we were getting mugged or something so we walked back to the bus and continued our happy dancing there. I was really happy that they were here.

The next morning we were about to pass the California border. The boys decided to tell me my next, or of many, surprises. 

"You know our song 'I Want'?" Harry asked.

I nodded, "I love that song. I can play it on piano." I said. 

"Is there anything you can't do?" Niall asked.

"I can't cook." I laughed.

They laughed also, "Anyway, we're heading to a recording studio and we're recording a special version of 'I Want' for our next album, and yours!" Zayn said.

"Shut up." I said.

"We're serious!" Liam laughed.

"No way!" I said. I was excited too. I really loved that song, it was one of my favorites.

We got to the studio and I was pumped. They gave me a lyric sheet so I knew which parts to sing and because some of the lyrics were changed.

I put on the headphones and read along to the music.

Harry started first, "Give you this, give you that. Blow a kiss, take it back. If I looked inside your brain I would find lots of things; clothes, shoes, diamond rings. Stuff that's driving me insane."

"You could be preoccupied, different date every night, you just got to say the word. But you're not in to them at all, you just want to feel the rush, I should know because I've heard when guys say." I sang.

"I want, I want, I want," We all sang. Then Louis sang "But that's crazy."

"And that's not me."

"I want, I want, I want." 

"To be loved by you. Oh, and all the girls say."

"I want, I want, I want." We sang and I took over Louis' parts.

"But that's crazy,"

"And that's not me."

"I want, I want, I want."

"To be loved by you."

Then Zayn and Niall shared the next part. "Be loved by you. I wanna, I'll stay true. I wonder is you knew." Zayn sang.

Niall sang, "What you put me through. But you want, you want, you want me to love you too."

Then I sang, "I want, I want, I want, but that's crazy. I want, I want, I want, but that's not me. I want, I want, I want, to be loved by you."

"Oh and all the girls say.." Liam sang.

Then we all sang the rest together.

We listened to it over and I thought it sounded pretty good.

"Good job!" We all said giving high fives to each other. I was pretty excited to see what every one thought of it. I was told it would be released later on in the month. Hopefully everyone would like it.
