Scarlett POV.

1 year later.

Sitting comfortably on the couch and scrolling through my phone on Instagram while Vinny was in the kitchen reheating leftovers of his mom's cooking.

Shocker huh? Vinny and I are still together.
Vinny and I have been together for now a year and a week.
I'll admit the relationship had the ups and downs, but we made it pass that happily together because our connection and love is that strong. Yes, love.
I love Vinny and he loves me.

The house was not that silent due to the tv that was on because Vinny wanted to watch some tv series he got addicted to.
I simply put my phone down for a split second until it started to ring 'On your side' by The Veronica's.

Confused but curious, I picked up my phone to see it was a unknown number.
Hesitantly, I picked up my phone and slide the answer button; holding it close to my ear.

"Hello? Who's this and how did you get my number." I asked whoever called me.

"Hi, why this is SallyAnn Salsano," A familiar voice spoke into the phone. "May I ask if this is Scarlett Marie."

It was Sally, the producer. Why didn't I save her number in the first place when she called me before.. oh well.

"Oh hello SallyAnn, this is Scarlett speaking."I answered confirming it was me.

"Hi Scarlett, I'm calling to ask if you were still interested in being apart of the cast of Jersey Shore as the next season is taking it up to Italy," Sally begin talking.
"And we were seeing if you are willing to go to Italy instead of Jersey Shore and Miami."

I couldn't believe my ears. I'm being asked to be apart of the show again but instead of Jersey Shore or Miami, it's Italy.

"Yes, yes I would love to." I answered excitedly with a smile on my face.

Vinny came around the corner and popped his head out, staring at me with a confused look.
I simply just gave him a gesture of not to worry and he simply nodded, returning back to the food.

"Perfect, we will mail in the flight tickets to you and Vinny. If you got any more questions, you got my number. Hope you and Vinny have a nice evening." SallyAnn said before ending the call.

I had the biggest smile on my face and set my phone down on the couch. I walked into the kitchen and up to Vinny, as his back was turned towards me; I sneaked up on him and simply hugged him from behind.

He did a little jump and his body tensed for a second before realizing it was me.
"You scared me."

I simply giggled and rested my head against his broad back, hiding my face in his back.
"My bad, but I just wanted to tell you I got some news," I replied smiling.
"SallyAnn called me."

Vinny this time turned around to face me, and lean his back against the counter.
He placed his hands at my hips and held me close to his front with a smile upon his face.
"Oh yeah, what's the news from Sally."

"Oh just you know.. called and asked if I will join the show again and go to Italy," I couldn't help but jump a little in excitement.
"Can you believe it, I'm going to Italy and seeing the roommates again."

Vinny chuckles and leans in to press his lips against mine, as we shared such a slow but passionate kiss. The kiss lasted for a couple minutes before we pulled apart and still had smile on our faces.

"Yeah, I kind of figured she would," He says rubbing the side of his neck.
"I received the call from Sally a couple days ago and waited for you to get the news."

I was little upset that Vinny knew the whole entire time but didn't let that kill the excitement I still had for when I go to Italy with my boyfriend and my roommates! Ugh it's going to be great.

"I can't wait.. it'll be us and the roommates," I say as I rest my hands on his chest.
"It will be great."

He nods his head smiling and rest his forehead against mine, holding me closer to him; our chest pressed against each other.

"I love you."He says seriously.

"I love you too." I replied back, pressing my lips against his.

Maybe this time, Italy won't be as bad with Vinny. This time we're together and happy.
