Baby steps

You sat down on the couch while Edwin and your 10 month old son Alex,sat down on the floor playing with toys.

Alex pulled himself up and held onto the couch while he struggled to walk.

"Come on baby you can do it!"Edwin chanted and held out his arms for alex to come.

Bloop

He fell down right on his butt and Edwin picked him up.

"Aw that's okay you'll get it soon son"he smiled and kissed his cheeck.

You smiled at how cute your two boys looked.

"Movie night?"You asked Ed and he smiled, "Ill put in the movie while you get the snacks".

Edwin put Alex down and popped in Toy story while you went to go get snacks from the kitchen.
On your way back you heard Edwin chanting and walked in to see him swinging Alex around.

"He did it Y/N, He took his first steps!"he smiled and put Alex on the floor again so you can see for yourself.
Suddenly your son started wobbling towards you and you smiled proudly and picked him up to hug him.
"YAAAYYY!!"you chanted and he started giggling.

You sat him down on the couch and gave him a snack cake and Edwin started the movie.

Alex ended up falling asleep 20 minutes into the movie and Edwin kissed his head.

"Next thing I'm teaching him is how to dance like me"Edwin smiled at you and you chuckled.
