Her beautiful fire hydrant hair cascaded down her half exposed back. The black dress hugged her rather large hips in all the right ways. All Peter wanted to do was grab her hips and kiss her with all the pinned up passion he had withheld for so many years.
Hook smirked at the obvious feelings in the room. "Well, son. Shouldn't you introduce Wendy to the Lost Boys?"
"They went into town, Father.. I will when they come back this afternoon...that is..if Wendy and you will stay for dinner.." With this being requested Hook was shocked. His son hadn't invited him to dine with him in years. Surely Wendy must have touched a part of his soul that hadn't been touched in ages. Maybe..Just maybe his son would be normal again.
Wendy's voice filled the room with warmth, but spread through his ears like electricity. The sound of her voice all but brought him to nirvana. "Yes, I would be pleased to join you for dinner, Peter."
When she spoke his name, he nearly lost every ounce of breath in his body. My goodness, how magnificent she was to him. She too, of course, felt desire burning deep in the pits of her stomach for the man she fell in love with so long ago. She remembered what his mother did to her, such a terrible deed, but a blessing in disguise.
If she ever found a new thing in her nature walks, she studied it through and through. The sounds of birds, the feeling of leaves, and the smell of the lake or morning dew. Maybe Peter would like her nature walks. Maybe Peter just was being polite when inviting her and Captain Hook for dinner. She would soon find out that love can cure many mysterious things. Maybe with love she could actually begin to see...
