friends or lovers?

*Dibs pov* Well it was the weekend thank god. I got out of bed and checked my alarm clock that read 8:36am. I went to my closet and went in the bathroom to get a shower when I was finished I heard my phone go off I checked who it was. It was Zim. I read the text that Zim sent me that said "meet me at my place asap Dib." I smiled and relied ok and grabbed my coat and ran out the door heading to Zim's place. After about 5 minutes I arrived at Zim's. I knocked on the door saw Zim,I smiled at him and say Hey can I come in? Zim smiled a bit and nodded,Zim wasn't much of a smiler but he was still a great friend. Zim offered a hand gesture towards the couch,I sat on the couch by Zim and said so whats up? Zim just sighed and said nothing much how about you? I nodded and said same. Zim then asked if we could go to the playground and hang out for a bit their. I just said sure and got off the couch with Zim behind me,before I opened the door,I could see Zim out of the corner of my eye,and he was sniffing my hair? I looked behind me and asked Zim,what was that for? Zim just looked kinda nervous and laughed nervously and said What are you talking about Dib? I was just ready to say another sentence but I just sighed and said nevermind and continued to walk with Zim behind me. About 10 minutes later we got to the park and sat on the swings,of course we sat right by each other and talked about how much we hate skool,and all that fun stuff. Before you knew it though it was 1pm already! Time went by quickly when I spemt time with Zim. I just asked him if he wanted to sit on the ground and he just looked at me weirdly but sighed and said sure. We jumped off the swings flying in the air and both of us landed on our butts but laughed it out and got up and sat by the tree we always sat by a few months back sense its been awhile sense we been at the park. I grabbed my phone to check what time it was,it read 1:15pm. I looked at Zim and looked away ounce he looked at me. Zim just asked me if everything was ok. I smiled weakly and said yes,even though I couldn't get something off my head,and that something was Zim,he seemed cute,I mean I knew him for awhile now but he seemed just very adorable for some reason and I don't know why I wouldn't tell Zim that though that I had feelings for him,but I would tell him in the future,I just didn't want to ruin our friendship is all. All of a sudden though I felt my face blush a bit,not noticing Zim was looking at me. After a few seconds later Zim just said why are you holding my hand? I just looked at him and blushed heavier and stuttered out s-sorry! Zim just sighed and covered his face. I asked Zim whats wrong. Zim just said nothing and covered his face more. I moved his hands from his face and noticed Zim was blushing? Can Irkens even blush? From the looks of it I guess they can. I looked at Zim curiously and asked Zim why he has blushing which only made his blush grow more. Zim just stuttered out D-Dib? I nodded towards Zim and said yes? Zim said I have confusion to make. I gulped and said I have a confusion as well Zim can I go first? Zim nodded and said sure. I gulped and said thank you and Zim nodded in response.

*Zims pov* 

I looked at Dib,he seemed nervous,it must have been because of his confusion. Dib just starred at me and said I-I like you lik-like alot. Then Dib's face grew all red. I just said you kn-now I do to as w-well,why do you th-think I sniffed your ha-hair? I felt my face grow hotter and hotter each word I stuttered out. Dib just looked at me and said really? I nodded and said yes Dib. Dib grabbed me and kissed me on the forehead,I felt my face blush more said thanks I-love you D-Dib. Dib just smiled at me and said I-Ilove you to. Then we held hands and watched the sun go down. I loved this feeling inside of me and I think the Dib did as well,I guess we were meant to be a couple.
