"Yo! Fushimi!" I hear Yata say as he ran towards us in the hallway.
"I heard a rumor." He began.
"If you don't pay Jungle's bill, masked debt collectors with scythes will come to you!"
"That's an urban legend." Said Saruhiko.
"Eh-?"
"But those guys are probably scared, now that they can't pay their bills after losing to you."
"I'm already bored of Jungle so I'll probably quit." He sighed.
"If you want the cards I'll give all of them to you."
"Hey!" I demanded.
"What about me?"
"...What about you?" He teased.
"I want the cards too!" I huffed, crossing my arms and turning away.
"...Kaiharu, you don't even play Jungle that much..."
"Doesn't matter, I'm good at it though." I replied triumphantly.
"Well, I don't want them so just give then to Hanayori-chan."
"But it won't be interesting if you quit." He said, reaching to grab his shoes, only to find a letter as well.
"What's this? A written challenge?" He mocked.
"Wonderful, they'll get their asses handed to them again."
"UUAAHHH!"
I heard a scream, and looked over to see Yata jump onto Saruhiko's side and dropping the letter.
"Ah, A letter of misfortune." Saruhiko mused, while I picked up the letter.
"YOU'RE WRONG!" He screamed again.
"That's a lo-love le-letter, no matter how you look at it."
"Yata Misaki-sama." I read.
"Couldn't we go watch the night view together today? Signed, Aya..."
"Who's Aya?" We both asked.
"Well she isn't in our class." Yata started, flustered.
"So she should be in a different one."
"Hm..." He hummed from where he was getting his own shoes.
"DON'T JUST ABANDON ME!" He cried indignantly.
"...So well, what should I do?" He whispered.
"Should I go?"
"Ha?"
"Why are you asking me that?"
"Because I haven't really gone out with a girl and I wouldn't really know what to do." He complained.
"What about you Hanayori-chan?"
"Hah?"
"Would you go?"
"Eh, well, not really." I said.
"I'm not interested in stuff like that anyways."
"Then I wo-"
"MI~CHA~KI~" I heard an annoying and actually quite familiar voice exclaim.
My thoughts were confirmed when a girl in pigtails ran up, hugging Yata from the back.
"I'm like, Oogai Aya." She introduced herself.
"Geh..." I grimaced, seeing a reaction from Saruhiko as well, upon recognizing the new person.
I never did like her, I always found her annoying, and seeing as she's Saruhiko's cousin, I encountered her quite a few times.
Saruhiko started to walk off as Aya confronted Yata about the letter.
"Have you like, seen the letter?" She asked.
"Le-Le-Le-Letter!??!?!?" He stuttered.
"Geez, I wonder what tha-that was, OI FUSHIMI, DON'T WALK AWAY!"
"Eh?"
"So like, you haven't seen it?"
"Ah? Ah-Ah-Ah the letter!"
"Ah-Ahh I saw it!"
"Then today you'll go together with me, right?"
"Ah-No, no, today Fushimi, Hanayori, and I planned to spend time together, I already promised, so, I'm sorry!"
"We didn't plan that though." Saruhiko noted.
"B-But we did! We did right?"
"...Saruhiko." She began.
"Why have you like, lately dropped from the JCube ranking?"
"Did you stop because it was scary for you to be, like, losing to Aya?"
"Tch, as if." I scoffed under my breath.
"I only stopped because I had become bored of it." He answered.
"What? You guys know each other?" Yata asked.
"Why didn't you say so before?"
"I forgot this one's name." We both said at the same time.
"Hm, well whatever."
"Regarding Aya, then there's something she's more interested in than JCube right now. She started again, bringing up her PDA screen to show a list of "Shell-san's current active missions".
"Capture the kappa...?" I asked.
"You can like, forget about the kappa. Look at the third one."
"Third one... The blimps...?"
"According to Aya's calculations, the blimps should like, pass through Shizume City's sky tonight."
"We will ambush them there." She explained, when suddenly a bunch of messages popped up, all saying insulting things about her, like the ones with Yata.
"?"
"...Hmph, lately there have been like, many of those."
"So, we'll go capture the blimps together right?"
"Alright already..." Yata sighed, agreeing.
"Fushimi, Hanayori, you guys come too."
"Ehh?"
"Mission: 'Get in contact with the mysterious individuals who travel in the blimp' START!"
