"this is amazing!" i raved over yoongi's rap.

he chuckled, feeling a bit embarrassed.

"yoongi, you should become a celebrity one day. you need to show your rapping skills to the world! i bet you're gonna make it huge."

he smiled. "thanks, i really appreciate it. but jisu, you know my parents are against me becoming a rapper. that's why i moved out."

i scoffed. "your future, keyword: your. you decide. give it a try anyway, i know you'll make it. then your parents will totally be sorry." i shrugged and grabbed a chip.

"maybe, one day."

my phone rang.

"oh, hello?" i said into the phone.

"jisu, do you mind spending the night at a friends house? your father and i need to go out for a company dinner and i don't feel secure leaving you at home alone," my mom said.

i exhaled. "mom, i'm not a child. i can take care of myself on my own."

"jisu."

"okay, okay fine. can't i just stay where i am right now?" i asked.

"are you at a friend's house?"

"uhh, yeah."

"who?"

"uhh, sunni?" i lied. mom would never let me stay at a guy's house overnight. but to be honest, he was really my only friend.

"sunni? is she new?"

"yeah, she moved to this school last week. anywho, take care!"

"oh, okay honey! make sure you wash your uniform and all that! take care!" she hung up.

"hey yoongi, i'm spending the night."

he nodded. "strange. your mom let you—OH WAIT AM I SUNNI?"

i laughed. "correct."

he playfully rolled his eyes. "nice to meet you, jisu! i'm sunni!" he said in a feminine voice, causing me to laugh harder.

"aish!" i pushed his chest.
