Chapter 1- Christmas Eve Isn't so good

Adrien

Adrien groaned. "Oh come on, Plagg! When do you EVER shut up?" Plagg had been arguing about cheese and how Adrien should try some. Adrien smirked, knowing a way so that Plagg would shush. "Plagg.." He started. The kwami knew what he was going to finish with. "...Claws out!"

Chat Noir decided to go out, hoping that Ladybug would show up. An hour passed and he sighed. "Ladybug is never coming." He said sadly. Chat went home, crying silently to himself as he gathered himself together after a minuet or two. Nathalie came in and told him that they were going to set up the Christmas tree.

Adrien hung up the last ornament. He smiled as his father walked past. "Merry Christmas, Dad!" Adrien said. Gabriel only glanced at him and continued on. "You father has an important meeting to go to. Then he has a business thing to attend all day tomorrow." Nathalie told Adrien. Adrien sighed, knowing his father would pick business over his own son. Adrien ran up to his room, then started to cry as he locked his door. "I hate Christmas!" Adrien pouted. Plagg went to him. "Adrien! This anger can attract an akuma! Calm down!" Plagg yelled. "NO!" Adrien screamed over him. Plagg watched as his holder sobbed. The kwami didn't know what to do, he's never had a holder whose father ignored him...

Hawkmoth

"Aaaaaah. A boy who hates Christmas. His father chose a job over him. Now that's the negative emotions I've been waiting for..." Hawkmoth held his hand out and a white butterfly landed on it. He put his other hand over the butterfly and evilized it. "Fly away my akuma, and work with his hatred!" He watched it fly away.

Adrien

Adrien finally stopped sobbing and looked up to see an akuma fly into his room. "No.." He said. "Don't let it-" He was cut off as it went into his ring. He heard a voice in his head. My name is Hawkmoth and Chat Blanc is now yours. I give you the power to get revenge, and ruin Christmas. But get me Ladybug's miraculous.

"No one will stand in my way." (Basically, yes.) He felt a dark mist covering him, and saw Plagg's horrified face as he got sucked in. Chat Blanc stood up as he laughed. He knocked down the door to his room and went out. He knocked Nathalie and the gorilla down with his staff, and caused part of the roof to trap them. He left the building and caused havoc, grinning all the way.

Marinette

Marinette was wrapping presents for her parents when she heard the news. She dropped the present and it hit the ground with a thump as she heard Tikki having troubles with the wrapping paper. She helped Tikki out and told her kwami "I think Chat was akumatized." Tikki smiled and said "Just say the words!" Marinette nodded.

"Tikki, Spots On!"

She went out of her house and looked around. Spotting something white jumping on rooftops, she guessed it was Chat and went to him. Chat turned around, and Ladybug barely dodged an attack. "Chat, this isn't you! Stop!" She cried. Chat Blanc ignored her and tried harming her again. She didn't dodge it this time and got hit, being clawed in the stomach. She fell and he clawed her again, harming her badly. Chat went for her earrings, and he got close but didn't get them. Ladybug used lucky charm and caught a hook from it. "Huh?" She asked, confused. She saw his ring and attacked the hook to her yo-yo, throwing the hook towards him. It grabbed a hold of his ring and she pulled it off, stomping on it when it landed.

The akuma flew out and she de-evilized it. She threw the hook into the air. "Miraculous Ladybug!" She yelled. She watched Chat go back to Chat Noir and then everything went blank. Ladybug fell.

Chat Noir

Chat Noir blinked. "What happened? Wait, I was akumatized!!" Chat mumbled. He saw as Ladybug fell on the ground. "M'Lady!!" He yelled as he ran to her. "I-I did this." He started to cry as tears ran down his cheeks as he sat next to her, sobbing. Her miraculous beeped and it brought him back to reality. Chat picked her up and started on his way to the hospital. He looked away as she detransformed but looked back at her afterwards. "M-Marinette?" He asked. So the girl that has been sitting behind me is m'lady? Wait, I don't even think she likes me! Good job, Adrien. He continued on and brought her to the hospital. He hadn't used his cataclysm so he was fine, and when he entered the building there was a little girl there who almost screamed of fangirling when she saw him. He checked Marinette in to be helped, and then called her parents. "Hello? This is Chat Noir. Marinette, um.. She was harmed somehow and is in the hospital." He hung up and half an hour later Marinette's parents got there. Marinette was in the ER. He went home and fell asleep, spending Christmas the next day with Marinette and their friends and family in the hospital.
