 Soul's P.O.V.

Maka was at the assinment board I walked up to here "Hey whatcha doin?"I asked politly. "Looking what we can do some of these look to easy though. hmmm oh this one looks good" she pointed at one.

I read it "oh, Maka are sure you your up for this this was rated for a 3 star miester your a one star miester"I asked worried. "Of couse I am I beat the keshin!" he looked really pumped up for this mission i was ready to do anything for her.

   Maka's P.O.V.                                                                                                                                                                      On our way the mission

Soul parked his bike and we started walking around the area she if we could find any evedance"He does show up until after dark right?" Soul asked."Well ya but... oh I found something It's all the dissaperances WoW theres been alot Lets just wait until dark to look for him will observe the city get to know it." "Alright fine by me Maka!"

It was getting dark and I saw him in the distance. "Soul now!" he turned into a scythe. 

I swiped at him with Soul he jumped behind me and pushed me I fell then got on my feet again. " I jumped into the air I spun Soul around and whent for a hit. It didn't hit him it hit something else?

I got to solid ground and looked closely, it has a force field. "S-soul how do I stop this guy?" "Use genie hunter it might break the force field!" He said

 "Seriously, men only think about using force." Despite her comment she synced with him. "Soul resonance"they spoke in unison.

 "Arrghh GEINIE HUNTER!!!!" Maka cried out

I was running and then put Soul right up to the force field and our Geinie Hunter...

Broke like paper

We were thrown back. I body bounced twice before skidding on the ground.  

I was weak, I stood up and ran at him again. His force field throwing me back each time. I stood up on last time and I could hear my scythe yelling at me. "Maka... What the hell are you thinking! We need to leave." His voice rose. "MAKA! HE'S TOO STRONG!" I put the weapon on the ground ignoring his cries. 

"Don't worry Soul. I've been doing a bit of my own training." My voice was ragged and strained. I closed my eyes as consciousness left my body falling to my hands and knees. Then a gray and black scythe appears on my back and recoils.

I was glowing as another came from my arm. My body stood and ran towards the force field. I ran my body shattering the field. My recklessness got the best of me.

His claws slashed across my stomach "Soul" I cried softly and fell to the floor. All my senses came back as my body woke up from the pain. The last sight I could see was Soul transforming back into his human from. The everything turned black...
