Before this I lived in one simple mind
The monsters and fairies all behind
Never explored or written down
For my world of two had not been found
Then one night came, a friend of mine
Who ripped down the walls and found the wine
The drink of joy in pen and ink
Hopefully the dream shall never sink
First I knew not of the joy
When writing a simple story or ploy
I named my world silly things
Writer1, amypond, ping ping ping
The girl inside had learned how to write
She wondered why I tried to fight
The simple yearning of a few words
Could it create a world? No, don't be absurd
The fear of failure, or doing wrong
Held me back, but I came out strong!
Now stands a girl with two worlds inside
Writing, creating, and bursting with pride
The dreams and joys now all written down
Never again shall the world let us drown
For there stands a girl, not by herself
But in the world of one called Pure Innocence.
