chapter 16

Thunder was crashing through the sky, hundreds of walker groaning. All of us pushing on the doors to keep them from breaking through. I was right beside Daryl when he saw something outside. Right now one by one we all started pushing on the door to keep all the walkers from breaking through. I pushed as hard as I could and I felt my food slip from under me and I fall to my knees. I still pushed as I fell. After what felt like forever. The walker's were gone. I killed a couple as well as sn through the crack of the door. I step back and I fall to the ground in exhaustion. Daryl fell to the ground and I see his eyes close. I snuggle up to him and he smiles. He wrapped his arms around me pulling me closer to him. I soon let sleep take over.

"Yn...Yn, its time to wake up. That guy is back. I shot up and looked around. I noticed that I was moved to one of the stables. I got up and walked out.

"Where is he." I said angerly. I saw him tied to a pole. I grabbed his collar. "I thought I told you not to follow us." I said.

"We have a community. Its a good place for your group. Its safe."

"And why should I believe you."

"You don't have to. I get that your paranoid-"

"I'm not paranoid. I'm just trying to protect the people I love. We are all a family. Where is sn." I said looking at rick.

"She went with Carl and the others to the other guy in the car they have." He said trying to calm down Judith. I sighed and I let go of him. I walked over to him and held my hands out for her. "Go get her some food. I'll try and calm he'd for you." I said and rick hands her over.

"I have baby food in my bag."

"How do I know your not trying to kill her."

"Why would I try to kill a baby. I'm not a cold hearted sycopath like the girl holding the baby. She's crazy." He said and I walked over and stomped on his leg. He yelled out in pain. Rick looked in the bag and pulled out applesauce baby food. He filled the spoon and held it to his lips.

"Eat it." I said. "If your not a sycopath then eat it." I said and Judith cried. I shushed her rocking back and forth. I hummed a song and rick and the guy Aaron argue quietly. "Both of you stop. Daryl can you please hold her." He nodded and took her from me and he hummed quietly to her. I smile. I kissed his cheek and he smiled. I walked back to the guys and I grabbed the spoon from rick and put it in my mouth. I spit it out in disgust. everyone was looking at me. "I just realize I hate applesauce. It's not the taste I don't like but the texture. It's safe to eat." I said wiping my mouth.  Rick started feeding Judith and she was enjoying it.

A flare was just fired. The car was covered in blood. I opened the door and got out to help Glenn clean off the car. I turned around and I was grabbed. I kicked the walker away and ran back into the car. It wouldn't start and we quickly got out and ran through the forest. I was chasing after him not fully trusting him.

We came to an alley and we ran inside. I followed and auron ran over to the guy with a wrapped ankle. "Oh thank god your ok."

"Um hi." I said awkwardly. They looked at me.

"Hello. I'm Eric. I'm aurans boyfriend." He said and I smile.

"I'm yn" I said shacking his hand. "Aaran said said something about a community. Is it safe."

"Yes. Everyone there respect everyone else. We always try to bring in more people. We found many groups before but none were as big of a group as you guys."

"Is it ok if I check things out before hand. Make sure everything is what it seems." I asked and they looked at each other.

"Sure." Aaran said and we got up.
