- About A Month Ago -

Taehyung watched you as you boarded for the plane and left him there. He felt his eyes water up looking at the plane go down the runway and into the sky.

He immediately remembered where he was and wiped his tears away rushing out of the building.

A deep pain stabbed his chest over and over again as the scene replayed in his head. He didn't know if you were ignoring him or you really just didn't hear him. Either way it's what he deserved for the way he treated you.

He felt like his entire life was crumbling right in the palm of his hand and he couldn't do anything about it, he couldn't even talk to anyone.

If he went to your family he'll have to explain what happened and their image of their perfect son-in-law would be ruined. Then Bogum and Amari hates him, he already knew that.

School was closed so he was either forced to live in his car or live with his parents. Neither sounded like a good idea.

- 3 weeks ago -

Taehyung found a perfect place to stay where he could feel some consolation, and not have to reexplain the situation, his grandmother's house. He felt like the days dragged on as Tae flipped through channels on the TV while eating a baloney sandwich or left over kimchi, depending if his grandma cooked or not.

Every time he got a text message he rushed thinking you would finally text him. Letting him know there was still hope, that you still cared for him.

But nothing but false hope quickly flooded his mind as once again it wasn't you.

Someone he did reconnect with was Irene. They texted, she told him what was going on with her life and likewise. When Irene heard what happened between you two she immediately gave Taehyung the warning to not give up on you, because you're a good person and he deserves you.

- About 2 Weeks Ago -

Taehyung slowly noticed his grandmother getting annoyed with his actions. He could leave the toilet seat up, leave dishes, turn the AC on for too long, leave lights and the TV on as he went to go sulk in the guest room.

He started to panic that he might kick him out but when she noticed she pulled him to the side and said "Honey, let's face it, I'll be gone soon. So all these precious moments I have with you no matter how unsanitary, annoying, or expensive mean the world to me. I would never let you go somewhere to be struggling when I already see you're hurting so much." she softly smiled at him.

He returned the gesture and took her hands into his mouthing 'thank you'

- About 1 Week Ago -

Even after the heart to heart moment and Tae nearly having a panic attack, he continued his annoying actions.

This time his grandmother had enough of cleaning up after him.

"Tae!" she yelled barging into his room. "Kim Taehyun I am FAR too old to be cleaning up after you everyday! The reason why you're here is so that you can get through what you're going through but Tae sweetie the only way you'll get over her is to know if she wants you or not. Pick up that phone and call her, or I'm afraid you'll have to find somewhere else to crash!" she walked out slamming the door.

Tae was surprised as her sudden move swing, at first she was sweet then suddenly super angry.

His mind started to cloud up with the thought of calling you. Should he really? What if you don't answer? What if you do but you're mad at him? What if you blocked his number? He slowly went back into his bed falling asleep with his head filled with you.

- Today -

Taehyung's grandmother has had enough, she stood in front of Taehyung and told him to call you right now. He started inching towards his phone slowly as his heartbeat increased.

He found your contact and pressed call.

After a minute or two of ringing he heard a voice

"Hello?"
