Chapter 9

As we enter the cafeteria, the first thing that i saw was Tanner and Alesia being all lovey-dovey.

As we pass by them, I saw Alesia smirking at me. I sigh out of frustration and furrowed my brows.

"What's with the face Zee?" Cindy ask. I just replied with sigh.

"Why do you look like you want to take a shit or something?" She ask and I sigh again for the third time.

"Thank you for answering my questions Zee, really appreciated. You shit." She says as she rolled her eyes and walked out.

I grunt out of annoyance and followed her and ordered my food. We sat on our usual place and eat.

Why am I upset? Its not like i have feelings with Tanner or anything.

Im just annoyed with their presence. But why am I feeling this?

I cant even explain it. Its a mixture of frustration, madness, and annoyance.

I got snapped out of my thoughts when i felt that someone sat beside me. I look up to see who it was.

Ohhh.. Its just Lianna. One of my classmate.

"So I see that you're closed with Twan." She says as she's munching her chips.

"What's with you then? What do you want?" I ask as I was getting more and more frustrated.

"I want you to avoid and never talk to him." She says as she glared at me.

"Okay." I replied as I continued eating.

"Okay? Just okay?" she ask like she couldn't believe what she just heard.

"You can have him. I dont reuse things that I already dumped." with that I walked out and went directly to class. Even tho its still early.

I sat there silently while listening to music while tapping my feet to the beat. I watch as my classmates entered one by one and fill the room.

The bell rang and Mr. Paul appeared and began to teach.

As i was focusing on whatever Mr. Paul was teaching, my phone began to vibrate indicating that someone texted me.

Mom: I wont be with you until tomorrow honey. There's an emergency at work. Hope you understand. Eat your dinner and go to bed early. I'll go now.

Sent: 1:18

"Ms. James, are you trying to sneek with your phone while im teaching?" Mr. Paul ask. fuck it.

Im dead.

"No sir, it was urgent my mom----" i tried reasoning out.

"Urgent or not. Detention." he says as he put the detention slip on my table.

I groaned out of annoyance. And tried listening again with my creased brows. I'll seriously kill this son of a bitch.

After 3 hours, it was already dismissal. And its detention for me. Yehey!

Wohooooo fuck.

I walk with heavy steps on the way to the detention room. I knocked and turned the knob only to see Twan and Tanner glaring at each other.

"Why are you both here? Whats with the glar----" i got cut out by Tanner.

"Obviously we got detention stupid." he says while still glaring at Twan.

"Owwww-- okay?" i murmur.

I sat far away from where they sit and took out my phone to avoid the tension that was now covering the whole room.

"Whaaaa--- you shit bring back my phone."

"Noooo---- unless you kiss me i'll give it to you."

"Twan seriously, I will cut your balls if you wont give it back-----."

"Ughhhh.. So noisy." Tanner says as he covered his ears and murmuring something.

We look at Tanner who was about to explode any minute. Twan chuckled and I just look at him like his a mental person.

"What you looking at? Falling for me again huh?" he says proudly. I choke with what he says. Too much confidence for a bastard like him.

"You're too conceited, it makes me want to puke all over your face cause you look like shit." I smirk at him. He smirks back.

he walk close to me with an inviting look. Dont he have any shame? We're not the only ones here.

"Cant you not Twan? What are you think----" i was pulled and my head bumped into a chest.

"Stop bothering her you son of a bitch. Cant you see, she doesn't like you." Tanner snapped and he was digging his nail in my wrist. It badly hurts. He's really mad, you can sense it with his actions.

Unawarely, a drop of tear fall from my eye. damn, what a loser Aze.

Twan glared at Tanner and then he turned his gaze at me. You can see by the way he looked that he was concerned. He walk near me to ask me if I was okay but i got pulled again by Tanner.

"Dont even think of coming near her again." Tanner warned Twan but Twan just smirk.

"Who are you to say shit? You're not her mother." Twan snapped while still smirking.

"Im not her mother cause Im her boyfriend." Tanner proudly says. I was too shocked to absorb what he just said. I quickly clasped my mouth using my other hand. How can he say those things? Fuck im looking like a side hoe and Alesia is Tanner's main hoe.

"He is not my boyfrie----"

"Yes damn, I am. Now get out of our sight Twan." Tanner said. While Twan looks like he want to punch the hell out of Tanner but chooses to calm and sat to where he sat earlier.

Tanner turned to me and look at me emotionless. He pulled me again to a corner and make me sit. He took my wrist and massage it while saying sorry over and over again. He wipe my tears and crouch infront of me.

"Im so sorry darling. Im so so so sorry." He says as he kept on wiping my tears. I pulled my wrist and raised my brows at him.

"What are you doing?" i ask him while not looking at his eyes. All this touching makes my stomach twist.

"Im trying to relieve the pain i caused." he says as he smiled at me. i just rolled my eyes and looked at Twan while he was staring at us with jealousy and pain in his eyes. Our eyes met and we made eye contact for about 30 seconds before he turned away.

Whats wrong with him?
