A girl laying down.
"Where am I?" the girl seems to ask, but no one answered her question.
The girl slowly opened her eyes revealing a beautiful pair of chocolate eyes. She slowly got up from her laying position and rubbed her eyes to get the drowsiness away.
Once she's fully awake, she realised that she woke up in a place that she have never been before. The room looks like it's meant for a little girl with all the stuff toys littered on the floor and drawings that no one can recognise.
The girl went out of the room, not caring how she looks like. She murmured a silent, "Good morning..." to no one in particular. She wondered around the unfamiliar place like a lost kitten.
"Water..." she said with a sore voice as she rubbed her throat due to dryness. She took a left turn and instead of seeing the kitchen, somehow she ended up at a different place.
"Wha..." she turned around and saw that the house is gone. Instead it was replaced with nothing but grass and a clear, sunny sky. The girl is very confused just how like you're probably confused on where this first part is going.
Suddenly something, or rather someone, called out her name.
The girl turned sharply to the sound of someone calling out her name. There stood a boy who looks like a 9-year old smiling back at her. The girl, feeling awkward, waved at the boy, but the boy didn't waved back. Instead it kept on smiling and it seems like he is waiting for someone to come towards him.
Then, out of nowhere, a little girl who's a year younger than the boy runs towards the boy's direction. The girl, feeling out of placed, just watch the two get together and walked hand-in-hand like they've known each other for years.
The girl frowned. "Why do I feel like this happened to me before?" she asked to no one in particular. Before she knows it, the place changed again to a busy street.
BEEEEEEEEEEP---!!!
A car hollered behind her making her jump in fear. Not knowing which way she should go, she decided to just avoid the cars until she reaches the sidewalk. She gulped in some air to hopefully calm herself down. Once she's all calm, she decided to walk around the sidewalk in her pyjamas.
"This looks odd..." she muttered as she observed her surroundings. The girl noticed that the people that are walking on the sidewalk with her look like the young boy that she just saw in the clearing, but with their faces blurred. They also seem to be whispering the same phrase over and over again. The girl tries to cover her ears, but she can still hear their whispers.
She stopped walking and just stood there with her ears covered. Then the place shifted again, but this time there was no solid ground to stand on. She was falling into an empty void. The girl opened her mouth to scream, but no sound came out of it, not even a silent whimper.
A person suddenly appeared in front of her, also falling. It's the same boy again, this time his face was a little clear, but not clear enough to recognise him. He cupped the girl's face and mouthed something towards her.
The girl tried to decipher what he was saying by looking at how his mouth moves, but she couldn't understand it. The boy seems to be smiling, at the same time tears are falling out of his eyes. As they go further and further into the void, his figure seems to fade away and his voice sounds clearer.
"Please, remember me."
There was a moment of silence. Suddenly, a loud piercing noise interrupted the silence, disturbing the whole place.

Note: I'm sorry if the first part of the first chapter seems a little rushed. It's my first time writing an actual story in this format. Well at least here in Wattpad it's my first time. I wrote something like this in the past, but it was SO horrible that I didn't have the courage to share it. This book might not be as amazing as the other books (that are definitely 100x better than this), but I'm hoping that it'll at least turn out a little decent. I hope you enjoyed the first part.
