Balance

It lives in the middle of what I think I know and what I simply know,

it is crying today and laughing tomorrow,

it is yin with some yang and it is yang with a little yin,

it is reaching for the sky with feet still on the ground.

It is night and it is day,

it is being asleep and it is being awake,

it is both mine and yours, no one owns it more

I see balance as a chance of a better life.

steps I take with the enthusiasm and will to walk forward are the steps that make me look forward,

walking backwards will cause my eyes to wonder in the past losing sight of what is in front.

I hope i walk forward not forgetting to take a look back once in a while.
