After sound check, Ryan and I went out to lunch. The rest of the guys went somewhere else, but Ryan took me to this cute little diner down the street from the venue. He knows how much I like going to diners.
"So, Jacky," he said suddenly, making me jump a little. "Is there anyone special in your life right now?" Why would he ask me that?
"Not really. Why?" I said, confused as all get out. He just smiled, pulling out a small box and said,
"Open this." Confused, I did what he asked. As I opened the box, I gasped a little. It was a silver skull ring with ruby eyes. "Be mine?"
"Ryan, I-" I really didn't know what to say. "No-" I quickly clapped my hands over my mouth. I wanted to say yes, I don't even know what came over me to say no. Ryan had a look of heartbreak on his face. "I mean, I-"
"It's ok, Jacks. I understand." he said before walking away. I followed him onto the bus and, seeing as nobody else was there, pinned him to the door to the bunk room and kissed him. It didn't take long for him to kiss back.
"Ryan, I love you. I have always loved you from the day we met. I dunno why I said no back there. I'm sorry."
"It's ok, Jacky. So, will you be mine?"
"Yes, of course!" Ryan smiled as I spoke.
"Should we go back and get some food?"
"Yes, I'm starving!" With that, we left the bus for the diner once more.
