"Eomma...have...have you read the news?"I lowered my voice,trying my best to hold my tears.
"Yes,Ha Eun I've read it.I have enough of all this so I've decided to file a divorce with him."eomma replied with a smile.Upon hearing this,my eyes lit up and I could feel something dancing in my stomach.That was literally the best thing I've heard that day.
Appa was a famous CEO in the entire state,he make lots of money but chose it to spend it on his mistress.
"Eomma,but after u divorced with him,we can't stay in this house,where will we stay then?"
"We would stay at my house which is away from town,since the media already know about it,they would be coming after us so staying there we can avoid those troubles.By the way,you can start packing from today we will be moving out the day after tomorrow which is Sunday."eomma said it while washing the dishes.
After she washed the dishes,she took a document from the drawer,wrote some stuff on a piece of paper and put them together.The dangling sound of keys then arrive as I turned my head and saw Appa.He smiled at me but in return,I rolled my eyes and went upstairs.
Hurriedly,I went to sit at the couch on the second level to watch my parents conversation.
"Sign this,let's end this quick and fast."eomma demanded.
"I will and in the future,Ha Eun would be in my custody then."appa smirked.
"NO,NO,I'm going to stay with eomma,I will stick with her,who wants to stay with you,you don't even care about us,only your work and your women outside!"I shouted as I ran towards eomma.
"Fine then,wish you two the best."he smirked again while I rolled my eyes and accompanied eomma back to her room.Luckily,tomorrow isn't a school day and I heaved a sigh of relief.
After she packed most of the stuff and tugged in to bed,I returned to my room and started packing my clothes and school stuff.Unknowingly,my eyes started to close and I fell asleep.
The rays of the sunlight entered my room as I woke up hearing the birds chirping.I continued packing my stuff until eomma came into the room to call me.We ate a quick breakfast and went to the living room on the second level to watch the news while we finished packing.
"Ha Eun,are you there?",a familiar voice popped out at the door.
"Uncle!"I immediately ran down and hug him.
"Ha Eun-ah,your uncle will be bringing us to the village house,hurry up and bring your stuff downstairs."I took actions and slowly carried my stuff down.Soon,we were in the car,eomma and uncle were having a great conversation as I tied my hair into a messy bun and fell asleep.
"Ha Eun,wake up we are here."I opened my eyes and stepped out of the car.The view was beautiful,we were the only humans here which means we have a private space to ourselves.I was literally screaming in my heart.Uncle helped us to bring our stuff in and we thanked him for being a great helping hand.
We packed our rooms and I was glad that my room was so cozy I can't even.There was my study table which matches the room format,I hung fairy lights around,settle my room and got out for dinner.Since eomma is a lawyer,her timetable is juggled up so sometimes I have to cook my own dinner so I've decided to cook tonight's dinner and told eomma to stay home while I go get groceries from a nearby store.
"Yummy,it taste just like mine!"eomma praised me and I gave a warm smile.I'm glad she divorced with that man,if not we would suffer even more.The weekends went past fast and soon it was Monday.
Another week past,feeling stressed and tired I decided to go to the park for a walk.
When I reached the park,I sat down on the bench as I closed my eyes and enjoyed the cool breeze,until someone came to put a jacket around me.I turned around and found a little girl staring at me.
"My brother asked me to put this around you,he said that you may not need to return this jacket to him,only if you both are fated,then you will meet him in real life,I shall get going now,bye!"
I was puzzled,the girl left me with her brother's jacket and left.Her brother must be a great gentlemen.
I went home and prepared to go to bed and fell into a deep sleep.
I woke up upon hearing the alarm clock and got ready for school.I prepared breakfast and left a note for eomma and walked to school.As I entered the school,I could hear screams and the whole school was real chaos.Students were crowding around the hallway as I saw 7 boys walking through.I have never seen them before,are they newly transferred?Ugh,I couldn't be bothered. I turned and walked to the second floor where our lockers were located and placed some stuff before heading to the classroom.Our school uniform was only our class t-shirt with jeans or skirts and sports shoes.We can have any hairstyle but we can't dye our hair,simple as that.
"Alright class,settle down,I have a new classmate to introduce."Mrs Kim said.
