"Don't touch me, stop it you'r hurting me, don't, my Daddy will get you!" Lizzy whined as Officer Gordon dragged ten year old Lizzy from the shopping center. "You and your sister were cought red handed.  Stop complaining." Officer Gordon replied.  "Stop it,  Frosty!  Help we are being taken against our will." Screamed Lizzy again.  "Stop it Lizzy." Lucy said she was being led by Harvey Bullock.  "No I won't I didn't do anything, I know my rights I want my Mummy." Lizzy complained.  

"Your Mummy should have tough you better than to steal." Harvey said as they reached the car.  "My Mummy tough us just right Mr Harvey." Lucy who was now twelve said.  "What are you all of twelve you should not be let out without a keeper." Harvey said.  "You do know you are in deep shit don't ya boys?" Lizzy said with devilish smile.

"Why are we in so much shit?" Officer Gordon asked as he unlocked the car.  "Because when you find out who My Mummy and Daddy are you goose is cooked." Lizzy smirked.  "I'll bite who are your Parents?" Harvey asked.  "No don't Lizzy don't tell em, wait and watch em squirm." Lucy said.  "Ah come on it will be fun to see the looks on their faces." Lizzy replied the girls laughed.

"Look I will make you a deal you tell me who your parents are, we call them they come to the station to pick you up.  Maybe just maybe I might be able to drop the charges." Gordon said as he waited for the news to sink in.  "You will let us go and forget all about the shoplifting." Lizzy said waving her fingers at Gordon.  

"What are you trying to do?  What do you think you are Obe Won Kenobi or something.  Do you think you are a Jedi in training?" Jim Gordon laughed at Lizzy.  "My Daddy will get you!" Lizzy said stamping her foot.  "Give me his number and I will call." Jim said standing his ground.  "My Daddy is not home right now." Lizzy said.  "How do you know?" Harvey asked.  "Don't do it Lizzy." Lucy said.

"Don't do what?" Jim asked smiling at the girls.  "My Daddy is...."Lizzy started.  "No Lizzy if ya tell em they will not let us stay together." Lucy cried.  "Aw come on you can tell me who your Daddy is I probably know him." Jim  said laughing just a little.  "Oh you know him all right, He is....." Lizzy said.  "No you don't know him is not famous." Lucy said glaring at Lizzy.  

"He is not famous, he is not home, is he a police officer?" Jim asked.  "You know because if he is we could always talk to Daddy first before we make the arrest." Jim said trying to be serious.  "Would it help......ah how do I put this......would it help if my daddy was the one the only...." Lizzy was cut off again by Lucy.  "No don't Lizzy don't do it!" Lucy said laughing like the clown.  "Joker!" Lizzy finally spat out both of the girls laughed and laughed just like the mad clown himself.

"Get in the car." Jim said pushing Lizzy into the back seat, Lucy got in the other side doors locked Harvey and Jim looked at each other over the car.  "You know if what they say is true we my friend are sitting ducks." Harvey said to Jim.  "Yeah.  the only thing I can think of is go to the boss, let him decide."  Jim said his face wrinkling into a frown.  "Lets do it." Harvey said as they climbed into the car.

"Well I made some calls there is two places that can take them now."  Boss said.  "You haven't even rang my Daddy yet?" Lizzy said with a smile. "We have your records we will not be calling your Daddy." Boss said.  "Aw come on old Bauldie let me call my Daddy." Lucy said smileing at the man.  "You are old enough to go to the Juvenal detention center.  It is run by Mr Pitt.  He runs quite a tight ship she will be the last they take.  They are full." Boss said.

"Boo hoo what about me?" Lizzy asked smileing.  "Yes you will be take out of town limits with a foster family on a farm.  Mr and Mrs Thompson.  They run a military camp there with their kids." Boss said.  Linda is coming for the young one, Jim you will escort madame here to the Detention center." Boss said as he left the room.
